"This is a wonderful RV resort. Well maintained, and everyone is truly there to please you. Spacious sites and the campground has everything you need. We love stopping here when we leave our home in Oregon, and my husband has to go to work in Washington state. Plus do the same when we go back home. We are active duty military and want to thank them for supporting TENTS FOR TROOPS. You are very special!" – Thomas and Sheila from Oakridge, Oregon
"We were told we would pick up local TV stations on our antenna which was not true. The WiFi was extremely slow and half the time I could not get WiFi. They are very over-priced. Raised their laundry rates from $1.00 to $1.75. Had the audacity to charge any visitor $10.00 except when the visitor was on a motorcycle. The grass was not watered, was dead, full of weeds and not mowed. They allowed big dogs and did not enforce rules to pick up dog poop. There were four big dogs near us and their poop was everywhere. The dogs barked at everyone and some barked all night long. The trains ran every 20 minutes and were noisy and would wake us up. Plus the constant highway noise. They allowed campfires and the smoke was making us sick. There was a fire ban in Washington and they allowed campfires. Their staff would hotrod and speed on their 4-wheelers. They should charge $25.00 instead of $44.00 a night. We always try to stay at the nicest RV parks and were never charged Toutle RV rates." – Linda from Pahrump, Nevada
"This park has few trees and lots of people “sitting in your lap.” There is a major north/south railroad track which has about 20 trains going by each day blowing their whistle. Don’t plan on having any guests because if you do, the resort policy charges them $10.00 to visit." – Steve from Olympia, Washington
"We came to the Toutle River RV park for the talent show to support our nephew who’s band was performing. We arrived an hour early so we took advantage of the time to check out the park and were duly impressed. The pool patio area was so inviting with big umbrella tables and plenty of lounge chairs. The pool was large, and had a great safety cover. All the bathrooms were immaculate. Back at the music pavillion they had san-a-cans, uck, but at least they were clean. Being outdoors at night it got cold so they turned on propane heaters and had a big firepit near by. After the contestants for the talent show performed (1 band, 1 soloist) karaoke began. We were about to leave until we heard the park host start singing….omg what a voice! That gal should be selling records. We stopped by the RV park a few weeks later on a Fri. night a regular karaoke nite, but to our disappointment she was not there. We will definitely recommend this park and plan to stay ourselves next summer. Hopefully the karaoke lady will be back too." – Janell from Tigard, Oregon
"Very cool place. People and dog friendly! Lots to do and see, if you want too, equally great place to chill with a brewski. Never worried about kids safety as long as adults set rules and boundaries (there is a river). Reasonable site fees,. Especially like the fact they don’t charge military. Karaoke host was real good, she sang my request, did awesome." – Burt from Montesano, Washington
