When the Venetian Las Vegas opened in 1998 it raised the standard for a theme Las Vegas casino hotel. We used a picture of the lobby to illustrate how this hotel is truly a work of art. A replica of a Venice Italy hotel complete with the famous Grand Canal and gondola boats for romantic rides. The Venetian added the new 1,027 room Venezia Tower to bring the total number of rooms to 4,027. The hotel is situated adjacent to The Wynn and across the street from the Treasure Island.
The Venetian is an all-suite hotel and the rooms are some of the nicest on the strip. They feature two 32" LCD plasma televisions in a sunken living room, full size sofa, dining table for three, private work area equipped with wireless high-speed internet access, printer, copier and fax machine. The bathroom is just as well equipped with a 17" flat screen television, Roman bath tub, separate shower. The rooms are automated with remote controlled Roman Shades and curtains.
The Venetian Las Vegas has an incredible 20 restaurants, including 11 fine dining options. The Venetian also offers great nightlife with TAO nightclub a 10,000 foot high energy place to drink and dance. The Venetian has three pools located on the Pool Deck of the hotel. The pools are flanked by wonderful Italian atmosphere with chaise lounges, towel and cocktail service. One is a lounge pool, one has a sand beach and one is for swimming laps.
