"My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days in October. There was a terrible smell in the hallways getting out of the elevators towards our room on a number of occasions. It was possibly from a cleaning product or something else. However, my main concern was that our bags were gone through by room service and a new shirt from Macys worth $44.00 was stolen from the room. This was reported and the hotel stated they did nothing wrong. Be sure to lock your bags if you have any new clothes in your room. We filled out paperwork and was told that the insurance company for the hotel would reimburse us the value of the stolen shirt. We submitted notarized documents to the hotels carrier and was told we would get reimbursed. They later refused to pay for it saying they were not responsible for this theft out of our closed luggage. We will never stay there again." – Bob from Syosset, New York
"I recently got married at Mandalay Bay in May 2011- at “Swan Court.” It was a beautiful venue with the waterfalls and swans. Unfortunately, the event was VERY POORLY coordinated. Our Wedding Coordinator didn’t do much of anything. Our Violinst NEVER showed and the substitute pianist was late. The only time they connected with us is for the payment." – Michelle from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
