Located on 118 beautiful acres just north of Decatur, Texas, is Wildwood Naturist’s Resort. Open year round, members and guests enjoy lounging in the fresh country air of Wildwood, soaking in the hot tub, or taking a dip in the swimming pool. The woods and meadows provide ample opportunity to hike in the great outdoors clothed only by the sun. Wildwood is host to the Skinnydipper Sun Run and the 5K cross country course is maintained to offer runners a place to train textile free. Abundant wildlife can be seen if you choose a leisurely walk and the meadows provide many species of seasonal wild flowers.
Wildwood is a nudist resort, not clothing optional. At Wildwood, families, couples, and singles share in the experience of a clothing-free environment that provides a safe and wholesome atmosphere where everyone can get closer to nature, their friends and themselves. The members of Wildwood are our greatest asset. They are fine, interesting people from all walks of life, representing a full range of religious and professional experiences. From young couples with children, to retirees and everyone in between, you will find good and decent people who treat everyone with equal respect. In a clothing-free environment, all artificial barriers disappear and social status, rank, and position become unimportant. At Wildwood, not only will you enjoy recreation naturally, but you will have the opportunity to make friendships that will last a lifetime. Those looking for more active pursuits will enjoy a lively game of water volleyball, horse shoes, or taking part in one of Wildwood s pool tournaments. When cold weather drives everyone indoors, activities center around the clubhouse with lively card games, dominoes, team trivia, or socializing at the pot luck dinners and dancing the night away to favorite sounds enhanced by dance club mood lighting and laser lights. Special events and theme parties are planned throughout the year.

Resort Rules:
Visitors: Please contact the office before visiting. Wildwood is a gated community and unable to accommodate unannounced visits. Advance notice will ensure that visitors will have someone to welcome them. All new visitors are checked against the Megan’s Law on the national database. Anyone identified on these databases will not be allowed entry. No photography or video recording is allowed. No cameras are allowed in all areas of the resort without prior permission by management. Inappropriate behavior between guests and staff is not allowed. Overt sexual activity, obscene or vulgar language, or sexual harassment is not tolerated. Management reserves the right of removing guests from the Resort without refund for any violation of the above.
"I play water Volleyball and practice for tournaments is necessary for me to improve. Not only were the residents helpful and friendly at the June 12th event, but fun! Lots of people from all over just for a local event. The tournment is in August and events on the 4th offer a pool full of fun. I have visited local resorts in the area and this one seems to be the spot for social and sports related activity. Also a great buffet. If I had to say anything negative it would be the Hot tub and the showers. Not everything is perfect but with that many people it is difficult sometimes to maintain the small stuff…bring your own shampoo and cream rinse (I am spoiled). Hot water for the beginning of an 8hr event…not so plentiful by 6pm when you start at 9am. Lots of showers. Imagine showering every time you enter the pool. I played 8-10 games. I was clean and happy! I will return and I am not a member, just a visitor, I have a membership somewhere else. Loyalty and 24ft trailer spot holds me to that, otherwise I would transfer!" – Gertrude from Texas
