Casa Jardin Paraiso Clothing Optional Bed and Breakfast is located in the Phoenix Historic district. It is walking distance to the Phoenix light rail and many restaurants, bars, museums, entertainment venues and pro sports complex.
Casa Jardin Paraiso is a relaxing, private retreat centrally located, but a world away from the hustle and bustle of city life. This private retreat was built in 1925 and has been lovingly restored to its former glory…plus much more! Using period finishes, materials and accents, the Hosts are working to keep the home as it was intended to be…elegant and timeless. The centerpiece of the home is the park-like back yard with a lap pool, hot tub, shaded lounging area and expanses of manicured lawns & gardens that are perfect for enjoying the Arizona Sunshine year-round. Casa Jardin Paraiso’s beautiful backyard is perfect for your Nude Wedding or Vow-Renewal Ceremony! Enjoy!
Living a life of peace and relaxation, your hosts are a special couple who enjoy the finer things in life and love sharing their unique home with guests. They have created an almost spiritual atmosphere for their guests to enjoy. Their personal interests include travel, gardening, yoga, swimming and biking.

Casa Jardin Paraiso management realizes that our guests want choices and that is why we are clothing optional. Our philosophy is based on common sense. If this is your first time at a clothing optional resort, you may wear something until you are more comfortable. If it is cool in the evening, you are welcome to wear clothes. You have the freedom to wear a shirt, cover-up or bathrobe at any time. It’s common to be a little nervous at first but that usually only lasts for about the first half hour or so. You will find our guests are the nicest couples you will ever meet. You can sunbathe “au naturel” in a very safe, secure, environment. Our first, last and only concern is the comfort of our guests. We want you to feel completely at home and make your stay here a relaxing, luxurious and affordable vacation.
"We booked a total of 3 nights in the carriage house (first on Tuesday, next two on Friday – Saturday). Both times the air conditioner had not been turned on until after we arrived and the room was HOT for four hours. The shower head had many plugged holes and was inefficient. There were no drapes on one window and the door which brought in the light and the heat. Parking was difficult. The hosts were nice, but the overall experience was not. We recommend DO NOT book the carriage house. When trying to leave one day, the host’s car was taking up most of the driveway and I busted a wooden cover when I drove over it (which I will reimburse for repair). We skipped breakfast on our final day because it was “take it or leave it” pudding. There were two other guests who booked through Airbnb who did not get a breakfast ( I thought B&B meant bed and breakfast? ). I don’t like criticizing, but this was a poor experience for us and we will never recommend this place to anyone." – Lionel and Sue from New Mexico
"This was the nicest place that we have stayed. Amazing hosts. I can’t say enough about this place so I’ll just say. . .stay here if you can." – Rob from Colorado
"Absolutely fantastic experience! The grounds are lovely – green, flowers, and fresh oranges every morning! The lap pool provided welcome cool after an afternoon in the warm sun, and the large covered patio provided a place to work, to read, or to nap on the very comfortable couch. The breakfasts were delicious and healthy, and the entire energy was one focused on wellness and relaxation. Best of all, the hosts were engaged and welcoming, though allowing guests plenty of privacy – perfectly adept at reading where their guests were “at” at any given moment of the stay. Restaurants and museums within walking distance, amazing to have a clothing optional experience in the middle of an urban environment.
In a word – bliss." – Alan from Massachusetts
"Terrific location in old town Phoenix – easy walking distance to great restaurants and Heard Museum and only minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. In the middle of everything but a quiet oasis in the city. A bonus is the wellness center next door with yoga, meditation, and massage! Fresh squeezed orange juice and health breakfasts each morning on the patio are delicious memories. Great hosts, great location and wonderful room will bring us back for a return visit!" – Charlie from Colorado
"We stayed over the day before we returned to the UK for Xmas. Sadly, the weather was a bit overcast and the hot tub had packed in or something. No matter! Outr hjosts went right out of their way to make us feel warmly welcome, taking us on an adventure to the weird and wonderful El Dorado Hot Springs to make up for the weather and electrical misfortune. We were treated to a great supper, charming company and a most friendly atmosphere. The rooms and grounds are superb, full of charm and character, but above all it’s the hosts that make this a real oasis for relaxation and calm in a busy city. If our travels permit well be back for sure." – Pete and Jane from The United Kingdom
