Your Profile – You are not obligated to provide us personal data beyond the limited data we need for you to register your account. However, a complete profile will help you be more relevant to others as you connect. Note: We suggest that you Do Not provide “sensitive personal data” on this website. If you choose to include “sensitive personal data” on your profile or post it anywhere on this website, that you clearly understand it will be visible to others.

Vacation Classified Images:
Vacation Classified images are posted by travel agents, hotels and other travel marketers and marketing groups. Rights & Copyright, Benefits & Guidelines for Guest Bloggers:
As a guest author on ReviewResorts.com you are responsible for the content of the guest blog post, text and images. If you are using quotes, make sure they are marked as quotes citing proper references and/or credit note. You are responsible for not violating any copyrights of the content of your submission.
Your blog post must be original authentic content and not previously published elsewhere, neither on the web nor in print. You agree not to publish it anywhere else, including your own blog or Web site.
All arrangements to pay you for creating an article on ReviewResorts.com will be in writing and conditions clearly stated. If you do not have a written compensation agreement from ReviewResorts.com then assume you will not be paid for your effort and we are not liable for payment.

E-mail addresses submitted with reviews or otherwise by travelers will never be posted on the public facing ReviewResorts.com. An exception to this policy is if the reviewer posts in a professional capacity (i.e. Travel Agent or Travel Blogger or Travel Marketer) and requests their business contact information listed.
While ReviewResorts.com strives to protect its users’ personal information and privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online, and you do so at your own risk. Please keep in mind that whenever you give out personal information online, for example via websites, message boards or chat, that information can be collected and used by people you do not know.
Collection of Data:
ReviewResorts collects personally identifying information only during (i) when a review is submitted, (ii) subscription Registration for ReviewResorts.com e-mail newsletter which requires subscription, (iii) opt-in email lists where content is specifically presented, and (iv) online shopping. Resort Reviewer’s e-mail addresses are never posted on and ReviewResorts.com web sites. except where a guest uses our message boards. The Guest has an option to have his or her email address appear.
About IP Addresses:
ReviewResorts.com collects IP addresses for the purposes of system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers.
An IP address is a number that’s automatically assigned to your computer whenever you’re surfing the Web. Web servers — the big computers that "serve" up Web pages — automatically identify your computer by its IP address.

Exercising Access, Data Portability, Deletion, and Opt-out Rights
To exercise the access, portability, deletion, or opt-out rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by either:
Only you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

Response Timing and Format

If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.
