This country is truly a blessing with fascinating cultural traditions and beautiful wonders. Bali

Komodo Islands National Park

It is situated an hour far from Bali, Komodo national park is the home of giant Komodo dragons and also a rare pink beach. You need to see the amazing dragons which cannot be found anywhere else in the world. The fast way to reach this national park is to get a flight from Bali to Labuan Bajo. It’s the gateway town to Komodo island. You will be there in 1.5 hours.
 
Here in Komodo Island and Rinca Island, you can swim and hike at Pink Beach and also can stalk the world’s largest lizard. You can also enjoy visiting 28 more islands in Komodo National Park.

Gili Islands

Famous for the Pristine Gilli Islands, this is the much larger neighboring island of Bali and located in the north of the Mount Rinjani. It is less crowded as this is not often visited much but offers Kuta beach, a great surfing place and natural spot for great vacation time. Here you can enjoy swimming with turtles and can spend quality time at Gili Air, Gili Meno, and Gili Trawangan. To get access to these amazing islands, you can use the Lombok International Airport which is the next big island in the east of Bali.

Jakarta

Jakarta may seem less popular in the exotic destination but few places are still very interesting and famous like Dutch colonial heritage sites in Kota Tua (Old Jakarta), the old market in Pasar Baru are more likely to be visited by the tourists. The historic port of Sunda Kelapa is one of the most amazing places to visit in this summer also. There are some other quite famous places to visit; Monas (National Monument of Indonesia), Fatahillah Square, Wayang Museum & Maritime Museum and Seaworld Ancol or Ancol Dreamland.

Mount Ijen

One of the most famous and unique trekking destinations in Indonesia, Mount Ijen is famous for its blue electric lava-like rivers of lights and astonishing blue flames. Passing through the sulfur mines and leads to the carter lake, Mount Ijen is the best place to trek. You can also enjoy the breathtaking views of the volcano and can see the miners carry the huge loads of the sulfur rocks, returning them to the base camps.

Maluk Beach, Sumbawa Island

Java

Also, Krakatoa volcano erupted catastrophically in 1883 which produced one of the loudest sounds ever produced in history and was heard over 3, 000 miles away.

Bintan

The two islands Batam and Bintan are the famous gateway from Singapore and are considered as less popular than other places which are listed above. But here in Bintan Island, the luxury resorts do exist, and you can also enjoy the exotic beaches as well. There are a number of cheap spa centers available that are cost-effective and provide the best spa services. You can also check out the other islands in Riau. A number of amazing shops are available in Bintan to grab some traditional clothing.

Borobudur
