The Secrets Silversands Riviera Maya is an adults-only, 5-star All-Inclusive Resort & Spa. This beautiful beachfront resort is an all-suite resort. The hotel has 433 mini-suites, each with a King or 2 Double beds, private and furnished patio or balcony, full marble bathrooms, a jetted jacuzzi for two in each room along with a separate shower. Located in the secluded Puerto Morelos area, the resort fronta s beautiful white sand beach and is 15 minutes from Play del Carmen.

"The maid service was terrible, Our room had not been cleaned daily until 4:30-5:00 daily. We would have to wait outside when we came in from the pool until they were finished. Turn-down service was occassional, not consistent. Foods were ok but never the same taste if you ordered a second time in the week. "This was our first experience at an all inclusive resort and it compltely blew us away. The hotel itself was modern and beautiful and although the resort has 433 rooms, we never felt like the resort was crowded. You could always find a fairly private spot in one of their pools or by the ocean. The staff and service was beyond our expections. We never lacked for anything. There was a great mixture of options to relax and be alone or join in many of their fun activities. We will absolutely be returning and will tell all of our friends and family as well. This all-suite resort presents "Unlimited-Luxury" in an inventive way by featuring suspended beds, chic modern fabrics, alluring dicor and captivating lighting. 8 Gourmet restaurants to choose from - Ratatouille (Mediterranean), Bordeaux (French), Himitsu (Pan Asian), Seaside Grill, Oceana (Seafood), El Patio (Mexican), Portofino (Italian) and World Cafi (Buffet). Also there are eight posh bars and the lavish Secrets Spa. These are just some of the indulgent amenities set amidst these beautiful surroundings. Yes, the rooms are GREAT! We unfortunately had a garden/very partial oceanview, but we still enjoyed it. These rooms are large and very comfortable. The standard rooms are Junior Suites! Many rooms have their own swim-out pools! How wonderful to wake up in the morning and step out of your room and go for a dip!
