The MGM Grand Las Vegas is located on the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard South and Tropicana Avenue, directly in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. The MGM Las Vegas is a really huge property with over 5,000 rooms, four nightclubs featuring the famous Studio 54 and 16 restaurants that includes 9 fine dining restaurants with a Wolfgang Puck’s and an Ermil’s getting top billing.
The lobby is true MGM Hollywood fashion that features the ultimate in entertainment. The family will enjoy Cirque du Soleil’s new show KA. Adults can enjoy the famous Crazy Horse Las Vegas Topless Revue. The Hollywood Theater and the MGM Garden Arena is a regular stop for top name entertainers. From Lions to gaming to entertainment, the MGM has something for everyone.
"So we stayed here two times absolutely fabulous place restaurant coffee shop and market overpriced for service. Front desk excellent as is service, overall cleanliness and every other room has a balcony. Something hard to find in Vegas. I would consider this my favorite hotel in Las Vegas actually ready to move-in! All I need to do is bring my suitcase as it has it all. Love the Jacuzzi tub. Only complaint is the loud music from the pool party. Try to get a room in tower three possible as you won’t hear it. First visit stayed on the 38th floor in tower three. Just loved it. Plus you get used of all the Facilities. The MGM Grand pool area is fabulous. So I now stay 36 floor tower one corner unit. Extremely nice overlooking the airport wasn’t really a bad view. The pool party is very loud until 10pm at night. Still wouldn’t hesitate to move in though! Be prepared to wait to pick up your car, valet there a little slow but they do have an escalator that takes you all the way over to the MGM Grand. Also be aware the MGM signature resort is non-smoking, non-gaming therefore its a little cleaner and not so loud. Hve a super stay at the MGM signature resort." – Dennis, Ventura, California
"We had 3 different rooms booked for a wedding. Two of the rooms were remodeled, the third room was seriously out-dated and my guest felt left out from the rest of the group. Despite the fact that a normal BLT was $17 and a cheeseburger was $20, we did I enjoy our stay. Played lots of slots, met some nice people from across the globe. The nightmare started seven weeks AFTER we checked out from the hotel. The MGM charged me for $800 and I still can’t figure out why. I called a few times, always waiting MORE than 30 minutes on hold to speak to a live person, but will keep trying, as they charged me for no reason. After several calls and being told they could NOT send me an itemized Bill explaining the charges, I called my Travel agent and she is on it. She has assured me it is a bogus charge and will get my $ back. My beef is not only have they taken the $800 out of my checking account, but they won’t tell me why. I feel like I have been robbed by the mob or something…Nice hotel, if you are lucky enough to get the remodeled rooms. And if they don’t hit you with charges that they won’t and aren’t willing to explain."

"I had Ants in my bed and in the bathroom. Only being a few, I thought it would not be a big deal. But in the morning I had Ants all over. The floor, beds, my clothing, my suitcases…… I took video of this. Oh they got me into new room not upgraded for this infestation inconveinence. They let me file a report. They said to follow the steps to get a refund. They tried 2 times when they called to say they were told I wanted to cancel any refund. Really? No one wants to offer customer service, just give your money and shut up. They only offered steam sauna and / or dry sauna. Vegas on vacation. Really. Half a day at the very minimum was wasted trying to talk to security and filing and room changes. Still no one has tried to give me a refund so I did have to file a BBB claim today. Then here to post. Hoping I could have added video to prove it." – Veronica from Phoenix, Arizona
