Everest Base Camp trekking is one of the world’s best trekking trials through the south of Mt. Everest Nepal. The EBC trek is a worthwhile adventurous experience.

Thousands of adventure trekkers choose the Everest Base Camp trek. Everest Base Camp is accessible from Kathmandu through Jiri or by air Phaplu or Lukla. Lukla known as the graze land of sheeps and yak is usually preferred by the trekkers. The Trek starts from upper Phakding following the Dudh Koshi river and a stiff climb to Namche Bazar. Namche bazaar is the home of the legendary friendly Sherpas. Namche Bazar the solukhumbu district headquarter is the business hub for traders, trekkers and the visitors. A day or two days rest at Namche bazaar is worthwhile for acclimatization and a golden opportunity to get in touch with the charming legendary Sherpas livelihood, culture and tradition as a whole.
On the way we are welcomed with the first view of Mt. Everest. The trial ascends to Tangboche monastery along a high traversing path.  Everest landscape plus the soothing environment in the morning excites the trial. The trail descends crossing the Imja River and the Khumbu Glacier introducing Lobuche. Lobuche supports the fine view of Ama Dablam, a pious mountain is the most stunning mountain to most of the trekkers. The trail ascends to Gorakh shep, the base point to the Promised Land Everest Base Camp or Kalapathar. Kala Pathar (5550 m) is the highest point on earth. The up close view of Mt. Everest is seen from here.
