The Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel is operated by the Outrigger Hotels Hawaii chain. The Ohana Waikiki Beachcomber hotel is one of Outrigger's Ohana brand specializing in moderate and family Hawaii hotels.
The Ohana Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel is in the absolute center of Wakiki and adjacent to the International Marketplace, Shopping and restaurants. This is a very "busy" part of Waikiki. The beach is a 1/2 block away. The 2nd floor pool is a bit small, but is ok for some afternoon fun. A large escalator takes you to the 2nd floor lobby. The tower is quite tall, upper floor rooms have spectacular ocean views. The hotel is actually quite nice for a three star hotel
For all you "Parrot Heads" the new 400 seat theater is now Jimmy Buffet's at the Beachcomber Restaurant. Complete with simulated sunsets and ocean waves.
