The Temptation Resort & Spa Cancun is a very popular, adults-only (18+ yrs) resort. The Temptation name accurately describes this adults-only Cancun resort. "We had a lovely time at Temptation resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was kept clean and our hotel room was kept also clean. The food was nice and had lots to choose from. We were on our honeymoon and was told we would on arrival receive a bottle of champagne and bucket of fruit which we did not receive it took our holiday rep and a few phone calls to reception to get us our champagne no fruit arrived we gave up. Also on Saturday night two of the restaurants were closed and they had a seafood night on the beach which you have to pay for the other restaurants that were open had very little food left we did complain that was a waste of time. Lastly the evening entertainment was the same every week. Terrible. Nothing for the older generation and disco music and DJ played the same music night after night. We were in bed by midnight not good. We will not be going back there even though we had a great time and met some lovely people, not swingers. Drinks are watered down also." - Pauline from England

"The resort was in need of some repairs and upgrades. The pools(all three of them) closed at 8pm and did not reopen till 9am. I had a hard time getting any questions answered when I would ask them about going out and walking around and where the best places would be so we got stuck downtown not sure how to get back. The food was really good and the staff was friendly. Even though the resort was open you could only smoke in certain sections of the resort and you couldnt smoke in the disco where you are dancing drinking and partying." - Tiffany and Robert, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Remarks:
"We visited Temptation Resort in Cancun. At Airport watch out for people in uniform inside the airport trying to get you to purchase activity and sight-seeing packages. They pretend to be from your resort/hotel transport (cab) company but only want to sell you overpriced vouchers for local activities. You can purchase these vouchers at the hotel or right outside the hotel COMPARE PRICES Once we finally made it outside to our Best Day Travel Service the van was full. There was some debate on if we were VIP travelers between the staff however it was resolved and I also called and confirmed with our travel agent (US) that we were not. 40 minutes later after dropping off all other passengers we reached our hotel (Temptation is the last Resort in the hotel zone). I would have paid extra for VIP ( Car service only) had I known. So we arrive finally at our hotel, tired but grateful we dodged a bullet at the airport! We check in at the front desk where we are told YES your room is ready but please see Caesar your concierge for more information. Caesar began by getting some harmless?? information from us like single or couple, age, reason for vacation and then it gets funny?what type of credit cards we have. He gave us a coupon for $5.00 off at the nail salon and told us he would meet us tomorrow for our First Free Breakfast??? The next morning we ordered free continental breakfast delivered to the room (This is the only thing you can get from room service as a non-member). The phone rang around 0930 it was Caesar ensuring we would meet him for breakfast. We went back to the front desk area where we were then introduced to Mike (Caesar was not there) and we were told Mike would show us around the resort. Mike escorted us to our free breakfast (the free breakfast buffet at this all inclusive resort). We had a few meat items as these are not available on the breakfast in room menu. He then encouraged us to drink...how about mimosas?? I had about 3 and my husband had about 4. ~You can order continental room service daily for breakfast. If the card is missing from your door call the front desk and ask for 1 for each day of your stay, staff will not replace daily and the bell that brings it will expect a tip. We tipped the delivery bell every morning for breakfast however you DO NOT have to tip as this is an all inclusive hotel. During our walk around a young gentleman interrupted our conversation with Mike and told us that upgrading was the best thing he ever did. This young man also was a few years younger than me and my husband, same race, and we believe to be a US citizen. After showing us around the resort and inviting us to the VIP room for drinks (Jack Daniels) and other upper cut drinks that you will not find in ANY of the bars, Mike began to explain a Vacation package that sounded like a Time Share deal. Honestly I can?t remember all of the details he sketched some stuff on a yellow note pad and talked about 2 different packages ranging between $5,000 and $10,000 thousand US dollars. I literally mentally checked out of the conversation 2 times and when I left to go to the bathroom Mike also excused himself to go as well. When I came out it was as if he was waiting for me. My husband was at the table with another person claiming to be Mikes manager and an RCI representative. When my husband decided to use the bathroom mike followed him as well. This entire scam took 4 hours of our vacation. We stated we were building our credit to purchase our vacation home. When confronted with this were told we could put down a deposit and pay the remaining balance later. We stated we had money in our safe but did not want to go through our vacation money for something we had not discussed and budgeted for; we were then told we had to make the decision that day. That same day our safe malfunctioned and we had to have someone come up to unlock the safe. The Bell person brought the keys but the safe would not unlock. He had to send maintenance who opened the safe with a screwdriver and reset the safe with new batteries. Needless to say we DID NOT use the safe after that. When I arrived home there were 3 inquires on my credit report. One from the credit bureau and 2 from American credit card companies : Bank of America and Chase on the same day we toured with Mike RCI. I have called both companies and will send them a copy of what I am typing here. Fortunately I have been accomplishing credit repair for the past 2 years and early November I noticed a fraudulent address on my credit report so I requested a Fraud alert on my credit report that requires anyone seeking to extend credit take further steps to verify my identity. I believe this is what stopped these fraudulent charges. ~If you decide to listen to this scam BE WARE say NO and check your credit report when you return home or from the App on your IPhone. I did and was prepped to make calls when I arrived in the US. (We returned today). I dont believe these guys are associated with RCI. I did manage to walk away with a card that stated (powered by original) RCI was nowhere on the card if you goggle consumer reports RCI Temptation resorts you will finds tons of information regarding this scam. . I think perhaps RCI is a legitimate company but the people we ran into pardon me, was sent to by the resort front desk are part of a terrible scheme that I will see one day on the show American Greed. Food TERRIBLE, I was diagnosed as diabetic the day prior to the trip, I?m not overweight and spent most of my life eating healthy at 37 I dont want hot dogs, hamburgers, and pizza (they should be ashamed to call that pizza) for lunch in Cancun. I want native food. There are plenty of items to choose from on the salad bars but there was absolutely no flavor. On Christmas Eve they stepped the buffet up and added shrimp and small (Maryland) sized crabs to the grill. All food on grill is precooked then reheated. The crab was so overcooked it was mushy my husband was so disappointed. To eat at the nice restaurants you need reservations but they can only be booked between 10AM-12Noon. We arrived after 12Noon on the first day so we booked at 1030 on the second day and all the restaurants were booked except the Italian restaurant at 10:30 PM on Christmas Night. Hoping to taste something we hadn?t seen being recycled from salad bar to restaurant (they recycle the food what you see in the morning will be on the evening bar), only to find that the food we had eaten after 6pm in the non reservation required restaurant were the same items only changes were the garnishments and/or sauce. Fridge is stocked daily with large bottle of water, coke, diet coke, and dos XX beer Change, absolutely no one had change, not the bars, not the front desk, we finally found change at the Spa. ~take plenty of small bills Bugs-we didnt see any our room was very well cleaned we tipped the maid on our last night stay. Pools- Sexy, quite, sports. Our room was near the quiet pool that was nice at times it did get loud but we were able to sleep when we wanted. Sexy pool if you want to see grandma?s tatas go for it there were a few young people out but I think they had the same thoughts as me and my husband where is the younger crowd not sure if it was the time of year but I would say 60/40, 60 being older or coupled. There were all types gays, swingers, didn?t bother us, seeing the muscle bound swinger (age 50plus) with his florescent yellow thong didn?t bother me as much as it did my hubby LOL. We took it all in stride and had a good laugh. Sport pool I think I saw scuba lessons at some point. Beach- this is supposed to be all inclusive but ?RCI or Original? whoever they want to call themselves has the middle of the beach roped off for members only. The beach at this resort is small full of seaweed. So why would they give dead center to RCI or Original? members only??? We ending up tanning by the volleyball and horseshoe court areas. Clubs-We tried to get into Nice Shoes but were told to wait 10 minutes apparently we were overdressed and had to wait for the show to end before we could enter. Ive been to several strip clubs fully clothed and did not have to wait till the show was over to get it. When the show did end the room was completely empty. If you happen to stay here bring plenty of spending money and get out of the resort we took a bus to the Mall of Isla and had dinner downtown food was great. Shopping at the Mall of Isla prices compare to US you can get bargains at the markets. The convenience store right next to the hotel is also part of Temptation resorts the prices are higher than if you walk across the street or take a bus to one of the markets (Bag of Chips $8 US). You will get tired of eating the same things if you stay more than 2 days We had a great time, lots of laughs, excellent memories, only because our relationship is healthy imagine the arguments had we fallen for a $10K scheme or worse. We didnt mind spending one on one time together and neither of us are big partiers so our trip was relaxing and almost stress free. Spa-Excellent except for the drilling dont expect that during a $200 couples massage session Damage Resulting = I am still verifying nothing has happened to my finances and credit. It is possible my score can be lowered by the 3 inquiries. I have called the companies and I am drafting my letter to the 3 credit reporting agencies using all I have stated here. This occurred on 23 Dec 2010 it is now the 26th (3 days later too soon to discern results)." - T and T from Dover Deleware

"I went to Temptation Resort with the intention of checking it out before going to Hedonism in Jamaica next year. I won't be going to Hedo anytime soon, I will be going back to Temptation as soon as I can. It's not for everybody, but if your free of mind and willing to experience life to its fullest, theres no place better. The staff was phenominal, although I would be lying if I didn't say that I am now truly and deeply in love with (one of the staff). She is one of the Temptation Cast that conduct the events and a more outgoing and life loving person I haven't met. She's new to the job, but you wouldn't know it from the way she is always ready to go the extra mile. Mind you she didn't want to play naked volleyball, but then nobody would be looking at the ball. The only downside to the resort in my opinion is the lack of any real activities at the resort after 2230. If you don't go to the club of the day, there's not much left for you to do. That being said, I still will be going back the end of August." - Gordon from Edmonton, Canada

"My wife and I are Premier members at this resorts and just love this place. There is a wild side and a quiet side to the activities there. WARNING: This is not a resort for folks on the conservative side and forget about kids! This is ADULTS ONLY 21+ leave the kids and grandkids home! If you have to check-in on them...?? Don't come to Temptations...If you arent ready to have fun and forget about work and home life then don't waste your time or ours. Keep your drama at home. We have met so many cool couples and singles as well. The activities at the party pool is of an adult nature with crude language....if you don't like that nature...stay away. We love the fun there. The staff is wonderful. We have been going there for 8 yrs now! Another thing....Tip the staff and maids on a regular basis while you are there...These folks waiting on you have family too and need you and will take care of you during your stay. This is a topless resort with some total nudity during adult game times. (total nudity on the resort at other times is not allowed). For those that complain about mold and musty smells.....GET OVER IT!! Holy crap!! It's humid and hot there! Theres no way to keep up with it totally. They do a good job there. The resort has been upgraded in many ways. Rooms have been renovated....new wall coverings...fresh paint...updated electrical (GFCI) shock protection....upgraded bathrooms around the resort...LCD tvs in the rooms...channels 12 and 14 lol. We believe is was at a 3.0 star back in '02 but is now a 4.0 star resort. We had great weather during the week of May 1 thru May 8 2010......and will work our budget to return. You must invest in a great vacation one way or another......money well spent at Temptations (formally BlueBay Getaway) ENJOY!" - Ron & Chris from Grand Rapids, Michigan

"First off, I will start by saying this was our first trip without the kids in five years. We were looking for something young, hip and all-inclusive. I will keep this short and to the point. The "Welcome breakfast is a timeshare scam." You will be roped into wasting 3-4 hours of your precious vacation dealing with high pressure sales people, beware of the illegal waiver that you may sign giving up your 5 day rescission period. If you so choose to make the right decision and cancel within the 5 day irrevocable timeframe (Mexican Law).

Food -Was good at the A La Carte restaurants, Asian food was overcooked though. Would highly recommend the Italian restaurant. Buffet was same day in and day out. Breakfast is good there if you like to eat the same things everyday.

Rooms - First room was okay, view of quiet pool, one bed was hard like a rock the other okay. Moved two days later. Room was above sexy pool. What the heck time is it? No clocks in the rooms! Bed was like a rock, view was lovely, but absolutely no chance for an afternoon nap (Music TOO loud by the Sexy Pool), be prepared to pay for bottled water. They provide one in the room the first day, then you pay.

Guests - Mostly middle aged swinger type. Yes swingers. We were followed around by one particular couple for the first three days we were there! They just didn't get the hint that we weren't interested. Some single males, mostly 30+, hillbilly and single for a reason and on vacation to oogle the 80% topless women at the resort.(expect it).

Bars - Clear out by 9:30pm, so much for the all-inclusive, if you want night life, you'll be spending the extra $45-$50 per night to be escorted around Cancun to get you off the resort and stop drinking their booze.

Beach - Seaweed heaven. Dont plan on taking a dip. The bottom of the water is covered in rocks that will scratch your legs and feet." - Rob and Julie from Ontario, Canada

"We just got back from spending a week at Temptation Resort in Cancun. I just want to say that we had low expectations about this place because we read a lot of reviews about the resort. We had an awesome stay. The staff at the resort were so helpful. They upgraded our room at no extra cost. Everyone was so polite. I spent most of my time at the bar by the quiet pool. The bar tender Alfredo was the best bar tender that I have ever seen. When it says that tips are included don't go by that. These bar tenders make a total of $14 US dollars a day and need your tips. besides if you tip you get the upgraded alchohol and you also get much better service from everyone in the resort. A small tip goes a long way. I tipped 5 dollars a day to the bar tender and he had my drinks ready for me by the time I got up to the bar. If you are looking for a quiet lay by the ocean type of vacation, this resort is not for you. But if you are looking to cut loose a little bit and have a good time this is by far the best resort in Cancun." - Chris from Edmonton, Alberta

Temptation Resort Beach
"View of the Beach"
- Joy from Cocoa Beach, Florida

Remarks:
"Just got back from Temptation Resort tonight and were so sad to leave. Already on the computer checking rates for our next visit. We could not get a top name hotel here on Cocoa Beach for the price we paid for this resort, which includes all meals, drinks, and gratuities. Food was great at the buffet as well as the restaurants. Servers at the buffets were more friendly and attentive than in the "reservation required" restaurants. Yes, the beach is small due to past hurricanes, but the white sand is raked every morning and workers rake and haul away the seaweed that floated to the shore during the night. Hotel did complete remodel after the last hurricane and everything is new and the employees are constantly cleaning. Sexy pool is the place to be, lots of fun, entertainment and bar service is great, plus servers work the pool chairs so you never have to get up and go to the bar for drinks if you dont want to. About 75% of the women are topless, but no big deal. In fact, by day 5 we found ourselves not even noticing it but noticed more the women who did have tops on. Games by sexy pool where adult themed but not trashy. I’m sure there may have been swingers there but we were never approached and everyone was friendly and respectful. Met lots of couples that we ended up hanging out with everyday and hugged and kissed good-bye and would love to run into there again. Not once was anyone rude, arrogant, or stand offish.

One negative...avoid the "tour" of the resort that they try to schedule for you during check in. They offer you $100.00 that you can use at the resort (which opportunity is limited since its all inclusive except resort tours or jet ski rental) for one hour of your time. This is really an attempt to get you to buy an RCI 25 year membership for $40K and even though we agreed to the appointment, we told the salesman right up front that he had one hour per their agreement and that at the end of that hour we would not be buying anything and would leave and would expect our $125. At that point he had the option of either giving us our agreed upon gift and spending his time on another couple, or just canceling the appointment and wed gone on our way out to the pool. However, after one hour when we called time, he told us we had to listen to his entire presentation to get our $125. We told him that wasn’t the deal but would give him 5 more minutes to wrap it up and then when he called his manager over to sign our voucher, he told the manager that wed told him up front that we werent going to buy. The manager Pedro got ugly and told us that it was really 90 minutes and that we shouldn’t have agreed to the presentation and wasted their time. I told him that we said no 4 times and when they raised the offer to $125 plus making our dinner reservations for us, we finally consented. The appointment process was high pressure from the beginning. I told him this was the resorts program to get access to their guests and they misrepresented it so not to put that on me. After our salesman told him that Id said I would post our experience on the internet, and he responded that I was "threatening" them, he finally signed our voucher. I made a point of going down to the pool and telling everyone I saw about our experience and more than one couple cancelled their appointment. My recommendation....avoid time-share presentation at all costs. Other than this one negative experience, which you can avoid, everything else was excellent and we will definitely return again. The beach was a disappointment. The buildings of the resort are in bad shape and half of the resort area is not being used. It did seem kinda sleazy at the adult atmosphere and you could really pick-up on who the swingers were, and there were a few predators there as well. Even going as a single woman, I didn't like the sleaze element of some of the guests. The two MC's of the pool activities were downright crude, rude and abusive. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. The web page is misleading and the minute you arrive, you'll be disappointed. A low-class place." - Linny from Salt Lake City, Utah

"My wife and I are in our early 30's and just got back from Temptation. We had a wonderful time. Our room over looked the sexy pool followed by the ocean. It was wonderful. We spent all of our time by the sexy pool. That is the place were most people stay. Most of the women were topless. The activities were fun but some were very adult in nature. If you are offended by a little nudity, you shouldn't go to this resort or at least hang out by the quiet pool where things are more laid back (or so I hear). The restuarants are wonderful and the food is great. We ate at all 4 restuarants while we were there and didn't have anything that wasn't good. The wait staff is excellent. I would definitely recommend the resort to anyone who is looking for a fun resort away without kids." - Rick from Rochester, Minnesota

Remarks:
"Because of the recent "Swine Flu Scare" and the World Health Organizations warnings about non-essential travel in Mexico, the occupancy of the resort was extremely low. This was the explanation my friend and I were given as to why many of the daytime and evening activities advertised on the website had been canceled or changed. It also was the explanation as to why certain restaurants were closed while we were there. Also, the resort had been represented to my friend and I as a "singles resort," and yet, most of the guest there were couples. This made it a bit difficult to mingle with other guests. I will admit that the rooms were clean and well maintained although because of the humidity, the bedding (covers and decorative pillows) did have a soured smell. Each and every member of the staff was friendly and very helpful." - Giget from Lake Texoma, Oklahoma

"This year was our third year back. Entertainment is awesome at the sexy pool. The food definitely improved over the past 2 years with a new 24-hour food station which was awesome. The night-time entertainment was awesome. The prizes for the contests were super and all-in- all we would go back again for a 4th time. Love the atmosphere, the staff, food, rooms, pools everything...highly recommend it." - Melissa from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

"We had a really good time. There were plenty of options for day time entertainment, volleyball, contests, kayaking, etc. The food was great at the buffet and the restaurants were all amazing. I would make it a point to make sure you get into the Italian place (our favorite). Making reservations only took about 20 minutes, not a big deal. The night-time activities were fun but seemed to get quiet early. Although the open bar by our room was often loud because of the music, we were so close to all of the pools and buffet that it was worth putting up with the noise in the evenings. We went out a few nights to the clubs that the resort offered transportation to and VIP passes with free booze for about 40 bucks. Very fun to mingle with other Temptation guests and dance. The cast and crew at Temptation Cancun were all lively and fun. The only need for improvement was the room service and even after our air conditioner had been "fixed" it still leaked." - Jess from New York City, New York

"We stayed here for 8 nights in November 2008. We booked through the RCI. This meant we were staying on a "room-only" basis. We could not get food or drink at any time as the hotel had no facilities for paying for food or drink.......this made the stay a complete nightmare. We were very hungry the evening we arrived and even though there are 4 restaurants we could not get any food as we were not all-inclusive guests. We did not care about having to pay, but we were not even able to pay, so we went to bed hungry! The beach was one of the worst I have ever seen, the water was full of sea weed and rocks, the sand stretch was tiny and there was a marina at each side. The room cleaners were excellent, however the rooms smelled of dampness and sewage." - James & Louise from Kerry, Ireland

"We have been to Blue Bay / Temptation Cancun about 10 times. We have also been to Desire Resort about the same number of times. They are both great. Temptation does have more fun activities in the afternoons. The rooms and the food are great. The staff at Temptation Cancun is wonderful. They add to having a great time. Temptation does have a younger crowd, which for me is fine. We are definitely going back." - Matthew & Kimberly from Dallas, Texas

"We were very upset the minute we walked in. The staff was very nasty and they lied and just pull your leg on anything you ask for until they hope you get tired of asking. The manager at the front desk was rude and very unprofessional. The room smelled like mold every time you turned on the AC. One good thing was the food was okay but the drinks are watered down and when your not looking top brand liquor is not what they are using to make your drinks. The worst part was the pool was filled with Fungus all around the rim and that was nasty. There are many other hotels in Cancun that I would go to spend my vacation. Also there is NO BEACH there so don't believe them if they tell you there is..And be careful of them selling you a time-share. They promise you everything and you get nothing, they call it the "WELCOME TOUR". They stated someone would come and show us all around so we knew where everything was located. After 1 hour of the "Welcome Tour" or TIME-SHARE they won't stop harassing you to buy. Watch out!!" - Bill from New York City, New York

"Our arrival at the Temptation Resort and Spa was early so we walked around for a while waiting for check in time at 3PM. Back to the check-in counter at 3 to pick up the key, the room is not ready... wait another half hour to finally get to the room with suitcases in tow for another 15 minutes... no one knows were the room is located. Our clothing is now sweaty and we are hot; the room is OK and modern, located a few step from the main lobby, luckily we have a newly renovated room with only the noise of air conditioning unit humming. We get unpacked and are invited to a tour of the facilities in the morning... Do not take this tour . This is a time-share and a total waste of time with sale pressure at its best ... The restaurants have excellent food, but again there is a catch... you need to reserve between 10 and 12 AM... there is a line from 9 am on most days; when you get to reserve the remaining times are 9PM and this is when the best activities take place; the shows are short about half hour so you eat or you go to the show ... this waiting is pretty bad... so your choice is you eat in a nice restaurant or view a show or go on an organized visit for the day... your choice is limited to one of those per day, might seem like a lot but it is not... you are taking an entire day to plan a half hour show or a dinner or an excursion somewhere. Free Drinks: This seems to be the reason most people comes to Temptation. Many start drinking at 10am and go on into the middle of the night. The booze you will be drinking all day is made in China... no joke! Ask for the good stuff, they do have some unless they simply fill the bottles with the cheap stuff. If you ask for a Baily you get something that is the same color and a bit sweeter and probably made in China. The wine is from Spain and pretty good. You tip when you get a drink and you get better and more booze in your drinks." - Denis from Constable, New York

"We had stayed in this hotel before, when it was called Blue Bay Getaway. With this new name: TEMPATION, the concept has totally changed! And it is getting better!! My husband and I loved this new concept. The staff is always willing to help you. The quality of the food is incredible. The best lasagna I ever tried is in there, in one of its specialty restaurants named IL Piacere. Another thing that we just loved was the lingerie fashion show! Everything was a great experience!! We are anxious to come back, hopefully in summer. And I highly recommend this hotel!" - Daniela from Miami, Florida

Remarks:
"We were extremely pleased with our visit to the Blue Bay Getaway, soon to be the Temptation Resort. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. The resort is great, and we had an amazing time. However, there are several things I wish we had known before coming. First, the resort is at the end of the hotel strip and is quite a ways away from the Cancun restaurant and nightlife. This might be good to know if you want to be in the thick of it. The bus is really no problem, though, and runs 24 hours. We liked being a little out of it, finding it more peaceful and not as crowded. The resort is also on the Bay making the beach a little smaller and rockier than other resorts. It is still quite lovely and nice. If you like quiet, be SURE to request a room by the "Quiet Pool," and we would also recommend staying on the third floor if you value your privacy. Know that all Superior rooms are on the FIRST floor, so this might not be worth the extra cost. We stayed in the regular "Deluxe Room" and it was fantastic; we also travel a lot and were still so pleased with the quality. We stayed in a newly renovated room for the Temptation Resort and is was beautifully decorated and very clean. PLEASE tip your maid every day as they are underpaid and appreciate it very much. They will definitely go the extra mile. Also, GO SLIVER!!! I cannot emphasize this enough. You will be able to eat at the three a la carte restaurants every night, and this is DEFINITELY WORTH IT. My French boyfriend is a gourmet and the Italian, Seafood, and especially the Asian restaurant are on par with any four or five star restaurant in terms of presentation and taste, as far as we are concerned. The buffet restaurants dont even come close. They are two-star AT BEST. This makes the Go Silver! program worth it by itself, but it also gives you water in your room each day (that you have to request)and an unimpressive breakfast and lunch room service, too. GO SILVER!!!

Also, MAKE SURE YOU PRINT OUT ALL THE PAPERWORK INCLUDING THE INFORMATION SHEET ON THE BLUE BAY /TEMPTATION RESORT WEBSITE. You can find this with Google. When we checked in, they tried to give us the Go Blue program and we had to insist on receiving a la carte coupons for each night. This is our only service complaint. The staff is incredible and will make your stay inviting and fun! Also, please know that in talking with the staff, we found out the most resort workers make less than US $7.00 a day, so definitely tip even though the package says gratuity is included. This is just decent. You are going to Mexico to take advantage of the weather, culture, and service, so please be appropriate! A little goes a long way. And make sure you see one of the new seven wonders of the world, Chichen Itza! It is incredible, and the Best Day tour was excellent. Our tour guide was friendly and very knowledgeable. Make sure you swim in the cavern! All in all, the resort is incredibly beautiful and the staff far exceeded our expectations, the tours were awesome, the a la carte food was exceptional, and our room was beautiful and comfortable. What else could you ask for? Great value if you GO SILVER!!!." - Brooke & Xavier from Ann Arbor, Michigan

"The best fricken time of my life!!! The Temptation Resort is awesome!! The activities are soooo much fun and the people are just as great. Everyone has a free spirit and the staff are all very nice. They offer great Scuba Diving with a really good instructor and all of the best amenities. The only downside is that they don't have guest laundry and your clothes do start to stink after a few weeks! LOL! However, you can get them to do your laundry, but it costs about $6 American per garment. Besides that small downfall, out of the 6 Mexican resorts I've stayed at, this is by far the best!! Will definitely go back.!" - Sarah from Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada
