Here's our Sheraton Waikiki Review

The Sheraton Waikiki is one of the few complete resorts in central Waikiki. This hotel is on On The Beach! The Sheraton Waikiki Hotel caters to many large groups. The lobby is very busy with people everywhere. Hotel also has a children's program for ages 5-12yrs. The breakfast buffet is quite a feast with both American and Asian food buffets. The Sheraton Waikiki Hotel rooms are nicely appointed. The ocean-view rooms have some of the best views of Waikiki and Diamond Head

Facilities:
1,852 Rooms, 31 floors, 5 Restaurants, 2 Pools, 3 Jacuzzis 2 Lounges, Fitness Center, Shopping Arcade, Live Nightly Entertainment Poolside.

Remarks:
"Too bad there is not a zero rating for #1 and #2 because they earned it. We showed up late and no one greeted us, offered to help with the bags (I had a ten spot ready for the tip but ended up keeping it). My wife and I where stuffed in a dirty room with two twin beds and were told they where booked and we could not switch rooms. No luaus, no room service late night, and we waited 20 minutes and no one even greeted us at the poolside restaurant so we wondered off and ate elsewhere. You can not beat the view and the beach walk, so we had a great vacation, but no thanks what so ever to the Sheraton Waikiki. The pool was always loaded and we never even got close to the hot tubs. We asked for a late checkout and there was none, our flight left at 10PM, we where told we could freshen up in the "hospitality" room. When we came back at 5:00pm like we told them we would, the cold uncaring desk girl said we had no reservation for the hospitality room and could not use it. Just poor service all around, we felt like not only did we not recieve any service, but employees avoided us. You would think in this bad economy everyone would be falling all over themselves trying to earn a tip, for which they recieved none (except the nice girls at the coffee shop)." - Robert from Kennewick, WA

"ALOHA, WE HAVE STAYED AT YOUR HOTEL LAST YEAR AND REALLY ENJOYED THE SHERATON.IT IS VERY PRETTY INSIDE ESPECIALLY THE LANDSCAPE. ALSO IT IS IN A GOOD LOCATION AND THE PEOPLE ARE VERY FRIENDLY. WE LIKE TO GO BY THE POOL AT NIGHT AND WATCH ALL THE HULA DANCES ETC. ALSO YOU NEED TO ADD THE DRUMERS ETC TO GO WITH THE HULA DANCERS JUST LIKE AT THE LUAUS. NEED MORE VARIETY OF DINING AREAS TO EAT, ESPECIALLY HAWAIIAN FOOD. MAHALO." - Joyce from Ceres, Calif
