Here's our Sandos Caracol Review
The Sandos Caracol all-inclusive resort is a deluxe 5-star hotel located in the heart of the the Riviera Maya. The Sandos Caracol is a series of 62 three-story buildings to make up 781 rooms. The resort islocated on a wide stretch of white sand beach. The beach is equipped with nice palm-roof palapas for shade. The resort offers 24-hour room service, evening entertainment and four lighted tennis courts, snorkeling, windsurfing, fitness center, five pools, including and adults-only pool. Sandos Caracol is an all-inclusive resort that features an Italian and Mexican specialty restaurants in addition to the main dining rooms.

"This is not a 5 star but a solid-4 to 4.5. Our room was perfect. Food was good to great..This place is big so if you do not like to take strolls stay elsewhere. EVERYONE was helpful and friendly. I read some of the negitive reviews before I booked and after I got back and I wonder if they stayed at the same place I did. Their time-share program was unlike any that I had seen before.
