Here is our Outrigger Royal Seacliff Review:

The Outrigger Royal Seacliff condominium offers large 1 and 2 bedroom units. Each has complete kitchen facilities which makes this Kona condo popular with families. The Outrigger Royal Seacliff Condo has two pools, one is salt-water and one is fresh-water filled. The Kona Condo has BBQ's and Tennis Courts, a Sauna and a Jacuzzi. The Royal Sea Cliff is ocean front, but on a jagged lava rock waterfront. The Outrigger Royal Seacliff is minutes from the town of Kona/ Kailua.

Facilities: 142 Condo Units, 7 Floors, Air conditioning, 2 Pools (one fresh & one salt water), Jacuzzi, Tennis, BBQ's

My only "complaints" are minor and had no impact on the enjoyment of my vacation.  Beautiful garden in the hotel, clean pool, daily maid service, loads of space, well stocked with supplies, DVD player and movies, thick towels, cold A/C, two lanais, telescope, some swim toys, an ice chest...  Solid walls.  (We were surrounded by young baseball teams which I could clearly hear when on the lanai, but I never heard a peep when indoors.) My "ocean view" was clear and pretty, but it wasnt as close as I thought it would be.  I would not mind staying there again.  If it was free, Id LOVE to stay there again! But for the price, I saw other places that I would like to try before I repeat my stay at this resort." - Jennifer from Denton, Texas

It was great for two couples. We had a wonderful view and enjoyed our stay. The layout of the resort was a little confusing as far as the parking garage and elevators leading to the pools and rooms. It looked as if renovtions were taking place, which is a good thing. We would stay there again in a heart beat. Lots to do and a dynamite view. Friendly staff and quiet. Overall we were very satisfied. We traded our Acapulco condo for Hawaii and we were not the least bit sorry. Cant wait to return to those beautiful sunsets. Aloha." - Ronald from Davison, Michigan
