"It is not the fanciest of hotels but for the price it was great. The food is great at Don the Beachcomber. The lobster rissotto with jumbo shrip and scallops is the best. The bar is beautiful and staff was friendly. Close to a lot of fun places and secluded enough to be romantic. I will go there again. Aloha." - Leslie from Mountain View, Hawaii

"I agree with the comments from Richard, Port Louis, Mauritius. The room is small and the price they charged is way overpriced. This is the worst resort service, especially from The Front Office Manager. She is arrogant, unfriendly and doesnt know how to answer a simple question. I have been traveling all over the world for over 40 years and this is the worst hotel service." - Elizabeth from New York City, N.Y.

"I would avoid this hotel at all costs. Ancient rooms, stinking of mold, arrogant and uphelpful staff (especially GM) and pedigree cockroaches. As a family, we loved Kona, but hated the Hotel." - Richard from Port Louis, Mauritius (Island Nation in the Indian Ocean)
