Remarks:
"Vans drop you and luggage at bottom of 8 stair steps to front of hotel as roof cover is too low for them. Room keys do not work. We had 7 sets of keys that did not work. Others had same problem. Bathroom sink and mirror are out in room on island counter with very little light. More like a kitchen. Luau was cancelled 3 times during our 5 day stay so we missed going to a luau. We would not eat at any restaurant on site after "hearing" of people who got violently sick after eating there." - Pat from Winnipeg, Manitoba
