"What a way to start of the Christmas Holiday. At the Ritz Carlton Cancun. The entire Hotel was decorated and looked Beautiful They did a huge re-vamp following Hurricane Wilma and its brand new. The Rooms and Public areas are Wonderful and Comfortable. The Beds were like Heaven and Gourmet coffee machines in each room. The Service is Bar None the Best I have had. Each Lady and Gentleman go out of their way to ask how your stay is, and is there anything they can do to make it better, please let them know. And the Food is the Best. Everything is made in house and presentation is beautiful. Be prepared to diet when you get home. I'm addicted to the chocolate chip cookies." - Teresa from Detroit, Michigan
