"We stayed here in Jan for ice fishing. It was far better than we expected. The lodge was warm and comfortable. Cabins were clean and warm. The service was top notch. The guides were attentive and knowledgable. Jeff the Chef served great breakfast every morning, deliverd hot meals to the fish house at noon and made Prime Rib and BBQ Ribs for our evening meals. Fish houses were clean and warm. The manager and his wife work to make sure everything was right. Dick the owner made us feel at home and was taking food orders, asking our opinions and made sure we had what we needed. Top notch and not too big!" - Jim from Detroit Lakes, Minnesota
