Here's our St Regis Princeville Resort Review
The Princeville Resort is undergoing a major change. Starwood Resorts has announced that it is performing an extensive refurbishment of the Princeville Resort in the process of becoming a luxury St. Regis branded hotel. The restaurants, health spa, common areas and sleeping rooms will all be treated to extensive renovations. The St. Regis Princeville Resort is scheduled to reopen in May of 2009. The current staff is being temporarily re-assigned to other St. Regis hotels throughout the world for training and experience in the St. Regis brand.
The St Regis Princeville Resort is situated on a bluff overlooking beautiful Hanalei Bay. The resort features stunning ocean views. While the resort is certainly nice, the stunning views are why you stay here. Located on the windward side of Kauai, this area is the rainiest part of all the Hawaiian Islands. However, when the skys are clear it is also arguably the most beautiful area of Hawaii. The St Regis Princeville Resort offers a health club & spa, a tennis club with six plexi-pave courts, tennis pro shop. The resort also offers special golf packages at the Princeville Makai Golf course. The lounge has nightly entertainment and also a private cinema.
