"My experience at Paradise Village was disappointing overall. The resort keeps tigers in small cages along the road leading up to the resort. I was not impressed by this...it actually sickened me that such beautiful animals would be locked up like that in such confined areas. The room needed to be updated...paint was old, couch was torn, etc. We were given a view of the marina that was obstructed by trees and plants. We were told we could have a better view if we would agree to a smaller room. Only 50% of the jets in the hot tub in the adult only area worked. The adult only pool area was not monitored well so there were tons of kids in the hot tub and pool at any given time. The staff was NOT friendly and the service at the beach bar was very poor. 11am check-out time was strictly enforced...they said you can hang out at the resort if your travel was later in the day and then utilize their hospitality suite to shower. The hospitality suite however, was very small and contained no towels, soap or even a blow dryer. Avoid the time-share presentation at all cost...it was very high pressure and to obtain your free gifts for attending you will be pushed aside by those who were dumb enough to buy a time-share and you will have to wait forever. Don't waste your time with this resort." - Michelle from Phoenix, AZ

"My experience in Paradise Village was great!!!! Got to say, the staff was extremely friendly and the restaurants are wonderfull. Well I don't want to spoil the surprise, but I really recomend for everyone to see the program that Paradise Village has for their Members. It's amazing and if you get to talk to any member you will know what I am talking about :)." - James from Hawaii

"My husband and I were married at the Paradise Village Resort, right on the beach. It was a perfect ceremony. The wedding planner was extraordinary, as well as the staff. The food and the service was perfect, as well as the atmosphere and the rooms. We stayed nine days and eight nights with our friends and our families who joined us later for the wedding and a little vacation of their own. I simply cannot wait for our anniversary so we can go back! This was definitely a memorable stay and I recommend this hotel above all others!" - ina & Joe from Sonoma, California

"We have stayed at a number of places throughout Mexico and so far so so good. However, our stay at Paradise Village was a wonderful experience. The condo was very comfortable, and we had a great view of the ocean. The pools were great and I even enjoyed sliding down the waterslides. The zoo, though not a big city version was different and entertaining. One would really never have to leave the resort as everything you would require is there. Though we did venture in to P.V. a few times. I would absolutely stay there again, and would recommend it to all." - Dan from Las Vegas, Nevada

"We came to Paradsie for our 42nd wedding anniversary. We had a wondeful time. Every thing was wonderful, from the food, to the beaches, pools, the grounds, thelittle zoo was so great, most of all were the people they are so nice and helpful and joyous all the time. We never meet one person who wasn't smiling. The vendors on the beach were very nice and respectful also. We highly recommand the Paradise Village. The food was great and the food buffets out on the beach were the best. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and always smelled good. We were amazed because we never saw a bug while we there. Like we see them when we go to our beaches." - Ralph & Jeannie from Phoenix, Oregon
