Remarks:
"I am also an owner at Orange Lake Resort in Kissimmee, Florida. We have gone for several years and enjoyed every year except this year. We found our unit to be very run down - broken inside doors, broken drawers, broken sliding door, broken toilet. We had to spend half a day at the unit while things were fixed. The grass outside of our unit used to be so lush. Now it's sparse and bare. Some of the personel at the pro shops were rude and insulting. Overall, very disappointing this year." - Sharon from Diamondhead, Mississippi

"I needed this drink to get through my stay."

Remarks:
"We are owners at this timeshare resort and we saved up enough points to reserve 3 units (2 two-bedroom condos and one studio)so my whole family could spend the holidays together. I have never been more disappointed or embarassed in my life. The smell at the resort is horrible. They told us it was from Animal Kingdom and they could do nothing about it. The dishes were dirty and some were missing (pans and pots). The beds were very uncomfortable; the springs were shot and the mattress dipped in the middle so my husband and I rolled into each other in the middle. The sheets smelled like mildew. Overall a horrible experience. When we went to our owners update, which took several hours of our time, we explained all of our complaints and the agent listened and said he would take care of this. However, all he did was try to sell us more points. NOTHING was done for us...NOTHING! When I returned home from my trip, I called the resort and again told them about our horrible experience. The agent on the phone said she was sorry about our experience but they could do NOTHING about it. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS RESORT! Vacationers beware...I was told that the stink from Animal Kingdom is worse during the summer months." - Maria from Charlotte, North Carolina
