Rooms at N Resort Jamaica

Formerly FDR Pebbles and now rebranded and rennovated as N Resort Jamaica a secluded nudist all-inclusive resort for clothing optional vacations. The resort comprises 96 wooden Junior Suites, spread out over 12 blocks and 1,000ft of white sand beach. It is a classy rustic laid back resort with lots of flowers, overgrown pathways, hammocks and benches where comfort and privacy and guest satisfaction are the watchwords. N Resort is located on beautiful Oyster bay, 1/2 hour from the Montego bay Airport. N provides all you will need as an All-Inclusive Nudist Resort. From gourmet dining and unlimited premium beverages to fitness facilities, water sports, snorkeling and live local entertainment nightly.

According to Trishawana Davidson of N-Resort sales:
"We have positioned N Resort as an upscale and classy all nude facility for discerning naturists. It is not hedonistic, we do not cater to swingers or lifestyle groups. We are now open and our guests are having a grand time. We have a new Jamaican Jerk Grill, which serves authentic Jamaican cuisines, a new hammock garden and cabanas for relaxation!! A new 150ft dock which goes out into the ocean. N resort is the ultimate getaway for nude vacations!"

N is an all-inclusive Jamaica Nudist Resort featuring 96 air conditioned one and two bedrooms suites housed in 12 Red Cedar Cabin Room Blocks and surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Some of the suites are right on the beautiful Caribbean beach while others are a few steps away. Suites feature Island decor with Wicker furniture and tropical soft furnishings.

The main Dining area at "N" Jamaica's newest nude resort is an endless smorgasbord of tropical fruits, breads, delectable pastries, freshly grilled meats and local fare. Great lunchtime trivia games and tremendous local entertainment every night to compliment the supper club atmosphere at dinner time open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food is available 18 hours per day. N Resort also offers the Sabbia Italian Restaurant in a delightful 50 seat Restaurant open every night for dinner. Cover ups are required in the Main Restaurant and the Italian Restaurant. The Beach Grill is the most popular meeting place right on the beach! There is a Panini Grill and also serving up local specialties such as Jerk Chicken and Pork. A great place to "graze" on the beach in the nude.

"We have vacationed at a lot of all-inclusives and we're very dissappointed with the N Resort. Food was repeated daily and usually not served hot, flys and nats on fruit, not enough variety always chicken and fish!! Expected entertainer, not the bartender being in a 3 piece band, music was all the same! Didn't matter what or who played all the songs were the same. Staff is amazing, that's the only thing this resort has going for it. You do not get your moneys worth, cheapest liquor ever, everything watered down. Would never return." - Mike from USA

"We made our first visit to N resort in February 2011 shortly after it reopened.(husband's idea) That was my first visit to any sort of nude resort. Thankful that there was a beach where I could sheepishly shed some clothes. In a few days it got easier and in short order I too was enjoying a nude vacation. Last month we were booked at another Jamaica resort to attend a destination wedding. When booking the air we decided two weeks would be even better, so we chose N for the second week. No problem getting a reservation. This time I felt perfectly at home from the moment we arrived. Still not comfortable nude at dinner but no one seemed to care. Very friendly, welcoming guests and staff. Plenty of towels, delicious meals and refreshing beverages. The hot tubs are a social meeting spot. Our first visit was a beach front, but our room this time was just as good. The in-room safe is new and a welcome improvement. Just pack a few clothes, lots of sun screen, hat and sun glasses and enjoy. N is not fancy, just good fun as relaxing as you make it. I can tell you that if you are on the fence about trying a nude resort - N is the place to give it a try – you will enjoy the experience. It's couples only so no fear of intoxicated singles. Read the other reviews for more detail." - Susan from New York

"We just got home and I want to go back. We were completely comfortable. We had fresh towels and housekeeping twice a day. They turned down our beds and set up the mosquito nets each evening. The grounds were lush and clean. The food was delicious, I only wish I had a bigger appetite. The staff was wonderful and the people were in general were hospitable beyond expectation. Caprice runs a tight ship and was so helpful. Geoffrey the bartender is all business and will make sure you always have a drink. Whatever you want, even water. Chef Geoffrey would come out at dinner to visit. Then there's Rose and O'wayne, who kept us only as busy as we wanted to be. Watch out for Gregory, that boy can dance and has a contagious smile. I could go on because almost everyone we met at the resort left a lasting impression. We will go back if life allows. I hope the people that made the experience so wonderful will be there when we return. One thing that me uncomfortable is how Freddy, the resort manager, treats the employees. He's heavy handed and often publicly abusive to the amazing staff that really make N Resort a special place. Those people work hard because they are proud of what they do. The people know how to enjoy life without all the stuff. They sing and dance and eat and share it all. Their joy comes naturally and it's an amazing thing to experience when they share it. We toured Montego Bay and saw some nice sites on another tour into the hills. Skinny dipping in a clear blue sea is something I've always wanted to do and we did. Skinny dipping in the bio-luminescent lagoon was pretty cool, definitely a natural wonder to experience. This was a nude resort, but it was not an erotic experience. It was our first visit to Jamaica and to N Resort and we would love to go back." - Lisa from the USA

"Upon arriving we said uh oh. The entryway is not spectacular. We were greeted cordially and after a brief sign-in, escorted to our room. The room was fantastic, rustic knotty pine, large beams in the ceiling, immaculate, we just had a comfortable feeling. Our view was great. Ocean-view from our back deck. A great place to view the sunrise and sunset. There were 10 guests when we arrived. As we entered the pool area we were greeted by "hi, welcome" Introductions were made and within a few minutes we felt as if we had known these people for years. The staff was the same way, very courteous and wanting to do whatever it required to make your stay memorable. There were several members of the staff that were outstanding but the entire staff was just great. I won't mention names because I will forget someone. The food was simply delicious. Many choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The chefs visited inquiring about their preparations. Wait staff and bartenders were great. My wife said she had the best Bloody Mary ever. There are some small glithches. The beach is windy and sometimes mosquitoes can be a problem but this is small potatoes compared to the rest of the resort. You can't control Mother Nature.

Will we return? A resounding YES. We are already planning a return trip. Thanks to Freddie and his entire staff for making our vacation a memorable one. You have to try the water slide and the bioillumenescence trip. If you want to have a great Au Naturel experience then this is the place to go." - Steve from the USA

"We were the N-Resort at the end of April, beginning of May 2012. We have been to nude beaches and resorts before so we were looking for a vacation destination where we could have a relaxing vacation, tan naked and enjoy ourselves with some nightlife activities. After reading many online reviews of several resorts my wife picked the N-Resort. Attendance was low, perhaps there were only maybe 10 couples? Nudists are some of the friendliest people you want to meet. We met other guest quite easily and had a great time with them. If you are looking for the newest accommodations with the latest in Italian marble in the bathroom and fountains in the foyer then this is not the place for you. The N-Resort is rustic and dated, but well kept and clean. Our room overlooked the beach, about 40 feet from the shoreline. We would go to sleep and wake up to the sounds of the waves hitting the shore. The early morning view from the balcony in the morning was fantastic. The resort is well cared for. Everyday there were workers cleaning the beach or applying touch up paint around the resort. I regularly saw Freddie the manager inspecting the property in the mornings. We experienced no problems with our room but the couple next to us lost their water due to a busted pipe. The staff seemed to address the issue fairly quickly and contacted us to see if we had experienced the same problem. There is television available in the rooms. The channel selection was okay, a little limited but you could always get a cable box from the front desk. There is free WiFi available. My tablet did not work well with it (out of range) but the couple on the floor below us used a laptop with an external antennae and had no problem. Others have stated this in reviews and it is very true, the staff at the N-Resort are great people. If the star rating were based on the people, the N-Resort would definitely be 5 star. They were friendly, enthusiastic and professional. They introduced themselves and did very well at remembering our names. It appeared they take great pride in their work. The social directors were all friendly and outgoing. Most of interactions were with Gregory and O-Wayne. Gregory accompanied us on three trips off the resort. He found us the best bargains in the markets and kept us from being hassled by the local peddlers. He also took us on a two hour beach hike. Taking a two hour nude walk along the gorgeous shoreline is something you don't want to pass up. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and had no complaints. The kitchen staff was certainly very accommodating and aimed to please. Martin, Sanchez and Geoffrey take great pride in their work and would go around, introduce themselves and see that everything was okay. Just be warned the jerk sauce can be spicy so avoid the sauce. I thought the drinks were not as strong as I'm use to but that wasn't an issue with me. The official policy is no cameras are allowed but if you are following proper etiquette, (never point your camera at others and never take someone picture without their permission) then there is no problem taking pictures. If you behave in a manner which is violating someone else's privacy then there will be a problem. I took some absolutely beautiful pictures of my wife on the beach. While it says you dress for dinner, 'dressing' is very minimal. The other couples we met and ourselves would not hesitate to go back or to recommend the resort to others who are interested. In the week we were there we meet three couples who were on their second trip. One of the other couples plan to go back next October and May. We will return when we can fit it into our busy schedule. Hopefully it will be very soon." - Tee from Ontario, Canada

"We went to the N Resort February 10-21, and had a great time. The staff did everything they could to make sure you got what u needed and had a good time. When we were there it was pretty full. There might of been 70 couples there at the time. It was a very fun crowd. We went with 5 other couples that we usually go to the Couples Resort. We all agreed that we wouldn't go back to them. We love the N. Yea, it's a little dated but for the price, the people, the staff and the sun, u cant beat it. It's sad that people who might of had some kind of bad experience would try to give it such a bad review. But I am sure if they would go again they would find a better experience. It's true that the crowd is a bit older, but what can u do? Younger people don't look at the naturist experience the same as we do. On our trip, the nights were filled with music and entertainment every night. We were up til midnite most nites and had a blast. All I can say is that it was fun and relaxing. Like the Jamaica commercial says: Once you go, you'll know." - Rob from USA

"First off, the people were very friendly. The general manager was not so nice. He didn't even go around to the guests and talk to them or ask questions. He was nasty to the staff who was by the pool with the guests trying to make the guests feel welcome, he degraded them in from of the guests. This resort does not live up to what was advertised. The beach and water were full of seaweed, there was a guy cleaning up seaweed every morning. People didn't go into the water, we went in after it was clean. This resort does not catered to the younger crowd. If you are past 50 and all you want to do is lay around and do nothing, then this is the place. The Italian food was not good. For the entertainment people went to bed right after they eat. Which was pretty much around 8pm. After that, the band was singing to an empty room. The only game people got involved in was volleyball and it was hard to get them to even exercise. The gym was a little BS gym the weights and machine was from the 1950's. I give this resort a 2 and would not recommend." - Jude from USA

"We just got back from our 3rd visit to N-Resort this year. It was excellent again. We both love this simple little paradise. Nothing fancy, but everything you need and service like you will not find elsewhere. The staff took very good care of us, and remembered all the things we like. Being our 3rd trip we received a few little extras that were greatly appreciated. Fruit plate in our room with a bottle of champagne. It was my husband's birthday the day after we arrived and they fully decorated our dinner table with flowers and writing Happy Birthday along with some balloons, another bottle of Champagne and a delicious chocolate cake that we shared with all other guest. We were also told that we were to have a private dinner on the beach but since it rained 2 evenings they arranged a private dinner on the upper floor that is facing the ocean with open sides, I was so surprised when they brought us upstairs, they made a candle walk way, with plants leading us to our table for 2 facing the ocean. We received so much service that evening it was amazing. Jeffery the chef came up to see us and ask us what we would like for dinner. He made us a fabulous surf and turf. I never would have thought that I could get a surf and turf as good as that on the islands, our waiter Kevon made us beaded necklaces for our 3rd time returning, so sweet and thoughtful. The weather was great, the beach is beautiful. I have to honestly say that this is our home away from home. I am already looking into booking for December. That will make it our 4th trip in one year. My husband laughs at me because since our first visit last December to N every time we get home I start right away looking at our schedule to see how soon we can go back. If you like to be naked and like good service, great food and a quite vacation this is the place. Don't expect fancy rooms and bathroom, but one thing is for sure this resort keeps everything very clean and cleans everything several times a day. Pool bathroom must have been cleaned 5 times during the day and the rooms are visited about 2 to 3 times a day to replenish towels, make the bed and restock the fridge. We requested to have our fridge stocked with items that are not on the list and the staff brought it to us every day without having to ask for it again. Christine is the woman that works at the bar, she has such a good sprit and is always checking to see if you need a refill and she will bring it to you before you even realize that you need one. Mario and Leon work as entertainment staff and they are always coming around to talk and put a smile on everyone's face. Venus will give you a good volleyball game, and the water sport staff will take you out on the boats just for a ride or to go snorkeling or scuba diving at no charge. We love to get a good massage when we are on vacation and Sharron does an excellent job. Sanchez is a very good cook and will make your breakfast to order, I love watching when he cooks he really takes the time to make good food and present it well in the plate. He also makes lunch at the pool bar and I will tell you that they make good burgers and the wraps are so tasty. All of the food that we had in the 3 visits that we done have always been very good. Every time we have gone to N the occupancy has been low and we have come to appreciate that, we know that soon this little place will become very popular and have more and more visitors and I am sure we will enjoy it just as much. Hope to see more people going and we will be there for Christmas again so see you all there!" - Sonya from Canada

"I will try to be objective about our experience at the relitively new "N" Resort. However, overall we were quite dissapointed and do not forsee a return trip. My wife and I visited "N" from June 5-12, 2011, along with my sister-n-law and her husband. We have all been vacationing in Jamaica for many years, our first trip was in 1984. So we are somewhat experienced about what to expect. We understand "N" Resort is a work in progress, and it will take some time before it gets fully up and running. But for the price "N" is charging, there are a few basic things that should just be expected. Especially, when "advertised". I will start with the food. On the "N" website it shows and discribes an "Endless Smorgasbord" of a variety of foods in the main dining room, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and says that food is available 18 hours each day. No such thing ever happened during our stay. It says the beach grill opens at 11:00. We were repeatedly turned away and told the grill will open at 12:30, (if then). The food was for the most part good, but not spectacular. The portons are minimal and we didn't always get what we ordered. But the staff chearfully corrected the mistakes and appologized. In an effort to be fair, during our stay, there was only 4 couples, with 3 additional couples arriving mid week. I understand that with only 14 people on property, they need to manage the food service accordingly. However, if they are going to provide minimal food service, then that is what should be advertised. Activities were spotty at best. There wasn't really any organization or schedule. People would make plans to join an activity only to learn it wouldn't happen. Each day they would post a board with the days activities, but by mid morning the board was gone. The main activities area is the pool. And it is a nice big pool area with a winding slide. This is where nearly everybody spent the day. There was always music playing here, but there is no sound system or speakers, so it was just a CD player with the same songs over and over. And, even when it was turned up all the way, it was difficult to hear. There was a planned trip on the glass bottom boat that every body aggreed would be a fun thing to do. We all waited and waited, but it never happened because they could not find the key to start the boat. The theme nights are a joke!! The website lets everybody know what theme, is for which night. But they were all changed up and more often than not, even the staff didnt know what was going on. People would show up dressed for different themes because we all got different infomation. Also, the toga night was a complete and total bust. The activities director had on his sheet and wondered why none of the guests were wearing togas. Turns out nobody told the house keeping staff to pass out any sheets. Only one couple showed up in toga as they brought their own from home. The general manager is Freddy. Freddy is friendly enough I guess, but, he also came across as kind of creapy. He was only around during meal time, sitting and watching, almost lurking, as if he wanted to make sure we didn't miss-behave. He repeatedly dissaplined the staff "openly". At one point he kicked the cover off of the hot tub in what appeared to be a rage. One of the guests asked if there was a problem. Freddy said "YES, my employees did not follow my instructions when I told them to". Twice during the week we asked the staff to turn the fans on in the dining room, which they did. But when Freddy walked in he turned the fans off. When we asked for them to be turned back on, he did comply, but acted as if it were an inconvenience and an unnecessary expense.

Not everything was bad. The staff was incredible! They were all very attentive and for the most part, responsive to our requests. They absolutely did the best they could with what they had to work with. Also, the rooms, though not lavish, are nice. The wood gives a bit of a log cabin feel, but after a few days is just dark. The "N" Resort has the potential to become a really nice alternative to some of the more established, larger resorts in Jamaica. We LOVE the "all nude" aspect that "N" provides. And because it is a small complex it offers a much more secluded and intimate experience than other resorts. But if "N" is to survive its infancy, it needs to provide the amennities it advertises, or advertise only what it does provide, and price accordingly. I feel I have tried to be objective, informative, and fair in all cases. It could have been a total success and or a total disaster, but not for the companionship of family and new friends we made while there." - Jon from Texas

"FLIGHT: on time to Montego Bay. TRANSFER: Waited on bus for 45 min., only 35 min to resort CHECK IN: Very Quick Rum punch and water waiting for us ROOM: The room was rustic. Very rustic bathroom needed to be updated bad...but room was clean and bug free. The bed was very hard, but got use to it after 3 or 4 nights. We had a beach-front room and the view was great. We enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning that it was not raining. Also watching the crabs was so much fun. POOL: the pool is large but needs to have some work done on it. It needs paint and hand rails for getting in and out of the pool. The slide was great fun for all even in the rain. There were two hot tubs that were drained and one re-filled every other day. We were not allowed in the hot tub before lunch was over each day (they turned off the heat). BEACH: This beach is one of the best beaches I have ever been on. The sand was so soft. You could walk out 150 ft before the water got over you waist. It was great. FOOD: The food for the first two day was great after that it was the same old thing. We were served mixed vegetables for lunch and dinner everyday. My husband ordered a BLT sandwich for lunch and got 2 pices of bread cheese lettuce 1/2 slice of tomato and a whole 1/2 slice of BACON, Yes 1/2 slice for the whole sandwich. I think breakfast was the highlight of the days. STAFF: I have no complants in this area. The staff did all they could do to make us happy or get what we were in need of. Leon our activities director really tried to do his job but it is hard do entertain with only 12 people in the resort. He also had to over come the fact that he did not have all the supplies needed. Things like working foss ball tables. Keys to the boat that were lost, body paint that was locked up and no one had the keys to get them. get the picture GENERAL MANAGER: He always showed up when it was time to eat! He was always asking how things were going. I never felt comfortable enough with him to sit and chat with him. I was unsure if he would yell at me like he yelled at his staff. I felt sorry for the staff sorry that they had to be yelled at in front of guests. Freddie need to dress more like a resort manager. SPA SERVICES: There weren't any. Gift shop was only open every few days. To schedule a massage you had to go to the Gift shop...Oops not open. I needed to have my nails done and again no services. We were able to go in to the salon but it was in such disrepair we left. INTERNET: We were told that there was internet services all over the resort, well not so much. You had to go to the lobby and use the computer there or use a wireless divice. When we complained about it they sent a person to the room he told us he would check back in with us in 10 min we still have not heared form him. Again get the picture. I know this resort is new but some things should be in place before opening. The basics is what I am talking about. Like activites, spa services and a choice of foods. And a final word I did not feel I got my moneies worth. There are many other resorts that offer the basics that are much more less expensive." - Purple from St. Louis, Missouri

"We were greeted by "TT", who seemed very professional, but never saw her again the entire time we were there! David took the bags to the room and was very pleasant. The rooms are very small and the bathrooms are old. The hairdryers didn't work well. The Bugs were horrible! The drinks were watered down and if you wanted a drink, you best put your order in when you pick one up, or you didn't get a next one! The pool is not attractive looking at all, and it needs repairs and updating. (My feet were torn up after about 30 minutes in it) The hot tubs were hot when they were open! and clean. There were no floats except one green one that had been left by a previous guest. Thank you for that! The beach was pleasant enough, the sand was soft and white, and a pleasure to walk on! The staff were friendly and willing to do anything to please you, (I got the distinct impression that they know there is no tipping, but they Do expect something). There were crafts people who came into the place and actually asked for something to be sneaked to them to eat during their stay, and on a second visit was asked to conceal it to be taken with them for consumption at their home later. This was a bit disappointing. They should have been allowed to be served a meal while they were there (in my opinion). Leon tried his best to keep activities going, but with so few guests, there is not much to get going! Mario did a little better. I think because there was a few more guests at his arrival. I did not like the way the General Manager treated his employees, openly chastising in front of guests, and yelling, and always "gawking" at the naked guests. I was uncomfortable at best around him. He is a creepy man. He walks around the place with hands on hips like owns something! I would rather he be elsewhere! The food at breakfast was good... the servers great, and the chef at the grill awesome! (That is the first and only awesome you will read in this report)! The food otherwise was mundane, and certainly not what i paid for !!! Seems to me if you go to a resort, you would be served a better faire! The entertainment, if you could call it that, was absolutely horrible! I have been entertained by good bad and not so good, but this was off the charts horrible! On a high note, if you are looking for a place to lay around, not do a thing, not be entertained, not have good food or drinks, feel gawked at and have to listen to someone who feels he is above everyone else yelling at the staff, maybe this is the place for you. I won't be back there at all!" - MJ from USA

"Leo and Jackie - May 15 to 25, 2011 We were there the same time as Jeff and Becc After a three hour and fifty-five minute flight from Toronto, we landed on time at Montego Bay at 1:20 p.m. (Jamaican time). Immigration was very quick and our bags were actually waiting for us when we arrived to claim our luggage. From there, it was almost just a walk through inspection and on to the Jamaican Tours Ltd desk where we were directed to our bus for the ride to N-Resort. We were the first persons on the bus and sat up front. After a fifteen minute wait, others arrived to fill the bus. As the driver made the announcement of the travel times, we learned that we were the only passengers going to "N". He announced our trip as being forty-five minutes and the longest at two hours and twenty minutes. Our driver was great. He gave us a description of all of the places of interest along the way. This was even interesting to us even though this was our tenth journey along the route we were taking. As we were passing Falmouth, dark clouds gathered and rains started to fall. Considering that "N" was only about five minutes away, we could see we were going to arrive in the middle of a storm and we were right. The heaviest rains hit us as we pulled up to the gates of "N" ending our thirty-two minute trip. Under the best of conditions, the entrance was not very inviting, but in the middle of a storm, I started to have doubts as to whether we had selected the correct vacation destination. I have no idea what those on the bus were thinking. I am sure it was something like "good luck, you unfortunate suckers." We approached the front doors of the resort which were closed with no means of opening them from the outside. Fortunately, someone was there within seconds, opened the doors and welcomed us inside to an interesting lobby. In the corner just to the left of the entrance was the Tour Desk with all of the day trip pamphlets and an offering of cool water and a rum punch. Behind the area was a small space called the Cyber Cafi where there was a computer and free access to the Internet. To the right of the Tour Desk and Cyber Cafi were five, two-place settees with tables. Lastly and on the right side of the lobby was the registration desk. It was small and simple, but what stood out to this writer was the pigeon hole cabinet containing key to all of the rooms. It reminded me of the registration desk of a rundown, mid-western hotel. At this point, I quietly began to rate the property at about a three out of ten. The rating did not improve as we were ushered to our room by an umbrella covered bell hop on a rain soaked path through a hanging jungle of dripping vegetation.

However, when the door to our room opened, (rooms 126 and 127 in Block #7) the rating improved immediately. Each room was 11' x 20' with a large closet and adjoining, three piece washroom. The walls and ceiling were natural pine stained a little darker than their natural colour and finished with satin varnish. The floor was light coloured ceramic and all of the furniture was wicker. A king sized bed dominated each room with a day bed to one side. Along one wall from the main bed to the front of the room was a glass covered, dark wicker dressing table and mirror. Hidden within the dressing table was a small bar frig stocked with beverages including beer, sodas and water. Although dated, the washrooms were more than adequate. The rooms gave both my wife and I a very warm feeling. The only things we found that needed attention were the hair dryers. Neither of ours worked properly. Unfortunately, we did not mention this until near the end of our vacation. Because of the heavy rain, we did not get to see much more than the pool bar and grill on the first day. However, after a good nights sleep, I awoke to a beautiful sunny day. This gave me the opportunity to tour the entire property. After doing so, my rating escalated. The property was beautiful, the pool fantastic and the eating areas were large and convenient. There were only twelve other couples registered making my wife and I number thirteen. And because of the low occupancy, the resort was not fully functioning. That suited us just fine. We feel that the place would be a blast for a group of twenty to thirty couples. Despite some question as to whether the resort was A/N or C/O we soon learned that this was a true au natural resort. However, if couples chose to be clothed or covered at times, it bothered no one. There was obviously a reason for it. Some of the points that should be stressed relate to the proximity of everything. If you happen to be in the block furthest from the pool, you would only be 160 paces away from almost everything. Our room was only 40 paces from the pool, pool bar, pool grill or beach. The beach is something that deserves a special note. The sand there is the softest sand that I have ever had the pleasure on which to plant my feet. For the last ten years, the bottoms of my feet have become so sensitive that I have not been able to walk bare foot on a beach or in the water anywhere without water shoes. Imagine how I felt when I found sand so soft that I could go bare foot for the first time in many years. In addition, you can walk out into the ocean for about 200 yards and the water is still less than chest high. The sand has no stones or sea urchins to avoid; only the occasional ray with a span of up to 42'. The water temperature is also fantastic. The first five days when the seas were very calm and the skies clear, the water temperature actually approached 100 deg. F. On the topic of water, the main pool was large and kept very clean. It is not heated, but seldom dropped below 90 deg. F. If that was not warm enough, there were two hot tubs that could comfortably seat 10; one kept at 104 deg. F. and the other at 101 deg. F. I never saw them vary by more than one degree. For those who enjoy excitement, the 100 foot water slide is a great ride. It takes only six seconds from top to bottom. By the time you find yourself skipping across to pool surface, you reach a speed of about 20 mph. Fellows are advised not to do the slide face down unless they wish to sing soprano at the nightly sing-a-longs. The area devoted to volleyball was quit large, but there were not many playing, because of the low occupancy. However, because the pool is almost the same depth throughout (one small area exception) it is fair for both sides. The depth of 4 to 6' makes it easy for everyone.

The only aspect of the pool that needs improvement is floats. There are none provided by the resort. Cost was the factor as I have learned. So if you intend to go, bring your own and leave it there for others to use. If anyone happens to be heading that way shortly, please take care of the one we left. It can be identified by the initials LRD and JAD with the date MAY 15 to 25, 2011 written on it. Let us know if it is still there on your return. The resort's greatest asset is their staff. They will do anything to make your stay memorable. They do everything from serving you, entertaining you and even spraying you with insect repellant. I don't know why they do the latter as we did not find bugs to be a problem; certainly no worse than at any other resort in Jamaica. In many of the reports I have read, restaurants seem to be a major topic for discussion. For me, they are not that important. Give me a good breakfast of beacon and egg with toast and juice or a good cheeseburger for lunch and I am happy. I don't need a fancy dinner. However, the dinner presentation at "N" is certainly no less than that provided elsewhere. The only thing I feel they could improve on would be to serve a good pizza when you don't want the fancy stuff. Unfortunately, their fabulous cheeseburgers are only available during and around lunch time. The maintenance staff was continually making repairs to items left over from FDR Pebbles. While we were there, they built and replaced a gate to the area behind the bar and covered some shoddy looking plywood near one of the hot tubs with tongue and grove pine. I also saw some of their handy work when I visited their wood shop. They had just completed about 25 Adirondack chairs and were getting ready to paint them.

I have certainly missed many points, but I am sure everyone reading this will appreciate both my wife and I enjoyed N-Resort. We plan to return next year. Our last full day was spent in the hot tub while riding out a severe storm. Check-out was as smooth as check in and the private 30 minute ride back to Montego Bay in an air conditioned limousine capped of a wonderful ten days. In summary; if you are looking for a week or more of non stop dancing and partying, don't go to "N" (YET). If you would enjoy a relaxing week with moderate entertainment, volleyball when the feeling strikes, the occasional rush down a water slide or just enjoying a good book by the pool, at a totally A/N resort, "N" is for you." - Leo from Canada

"Jeff and I just returned from N Resort in Jamaica and wanted to share with everyone what a really wonderful resort this is. It is an older resort, needs a little updating, but the people, beach, snorkeling, food and pool are incredible. It is clothing optional but people were nude almost all of the time. We even had a few that enjoyed meal time Au Naturale. The resort has only been clothing optional since December and because not so many people have heard of it, the staff and management go out of their way to make things great. Someone suggested dinner by the pool so they moved tables and buffet out to the pool. The next night we had dinner on the beach. Most days there were 18 to 20 people and about 30 people on the weekend. They even have a large red water slide they kept from when they were a family resort. Fastest slide Ive ever been on. > > The food is really good with a different theme every night. Because there is a small amount of people, everyone generally ate at the same time. Then there was usually a littie floor show and sometimes dancing. > > But the very best part and my favorite was the beach and snorkeling right in front of the resort. The sand is so soft and white. And the snorkeling was phenominal. I got up at 6:00am every morning, and walked from our room onto the beach and snorkeled until I couldn't hold my head up anymore. Then rested and went back for more. There are so many types of fish in water that is only chest deep (I'm 5 ft. so that's not deep). I even got to swim with an eagle ray. Well, rather I got to watch an eagle come right toward me when one of our snorkeling buddies decided to toss little rocks onto his back until he woke up from his sleep in the sand. I didn't know until that moment that I could actually walk on water. All this and I got to do it naked! > > I hope some of you get a chance to visit this resort. It is a jewel that is yet to be discovered." - Becc from Texas

"Just read a comment from someone named Kim from Texas (below). That person did not have a single good comment about the resort. I just happened to be there at the same time and everything she says is false and grossly exaggerated. The staff was extremely friendly perhaps not so much for the entertainment manager. The beach is constantly raked every day starting in the early morning, beach chairs older type but functional and well cushioned. Towels were abundant and we never had to wait for a fresh replacement. There was so much activities and well staffed an I'd like to mention one in particular, Venus. Jeffrey one of the bar tenders happens to be a musician and our group requested evening entertainment from him and his band and it was granted. The rooms were clean and functional although there are no bottle waters supplied (yet) but the tap water is clean and safe and every one drank from it either from their room or at the dinning facilities. In all and all we enjoyed our stay and will certainly will return." - Johnny from Canada

"Back home after 2 great, relaxing weeks from Feb.9th to 23rd at N. The resort is small. The wood buildings make it feel almost cottage like. The rooms are spacious and clean and bright, equipped with all essentials. We did not use the A/C. The king-size bed is very comfortable and has a mosquito net. Our balcony overlooked the beach with a breathtaking view of the ocean, watching fishing boats and cruise ships glide by. The walk ways around the resort almost feel like a jungle walk, with mature vegetation: palm, banana-trees, bushes and more with blooming flowers. The pool area is quite large with lots of space for loungers and some sun-umbrellas and shady spots, depending on the time of day. A 2-story building houses the swim-up bar/grill and dining room, stairs from the pool area on both sides lead to the second floor to access the slide into the pool. Upstairs is used as a book-exchange and game room. Two Jacuzzi's flank the pool near the stairs, and helped us relax in the late afternoon and at night. These are drained ,cleaned and refilled every morning and warmed up by late afternoon. The complete pool area is divided from the beach by a half wood, half glass wall, which shields against the almost always blowing warm Caribbean winds. The beach is sandy and actually two bays divided by the sun-pier, equipped with loungers and picnic tables. A swarm of gardeners keep beach and walkways clean. A short walk from the pool away is the main dining room with bar and upstairs Italian restaurant. Nightly entertainment is also in the main dining room till 22:00 hrs. After that, the piano bar opens, and sometimes the disco was working, which we did not visit, since it felt too enclosed for us (we liked the original upstairs disco at HB). Good food is an important part of our vacation, and we really enjoyed the variety. Food is available from early in the morning to after midnight in a very good variety and quality for every taste. Chef Martin does an awesome job, catering to individual whishes. Vegetarians and allergy sufferers don't have a problem to find or get good food. Supper is mainly buffet style, but a few times a week "ala carte" which is presented as in first class restaurants. The only disappointment was the steak; eat that at home, on the other hand the beef stew is excellent also the ox tail and goat stew are worth mentioning. Seafood lovers can indulge, and then the deserts...mmmmh. The wine card needs some additions. Drinks are always available, regular or mixed to your specification even a pina colada without alcohol on special order, or you can drink so much that you are so drunk all the time that you forget how nice your stay at N was......... But the real factor that made our stay at N comfortable is the staff. They all are very friendly, helpful, and tried to accommodate us. Michael and Goeffry as bartenders. Venus and Chantell of the entertainment staff, and the whole kitchen and restaurant staff "made" our stay. Having experienced Eden Bay, H3, been big HB fans, N though still a work in progress, is at the top of our list now. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at N. We will be back! To sum it up: Warm Jamaican weather, friendly Jamaican people and staff, small resort with a relaxed feeling and good food too. Not to mention the other open minded, friendly guests. ther things we liked: Courtesy snorkel tour in glass-bottom boat, shopping trip to a mall in MoBay, Our walks along the beach past "My-Time-N-Place." N is not a "lifestyle" and/or 24/7 party resort, but a place to enjoy being nude in a relaxed environment. Don't worry, be happy!" - Manfred from Canada

"We had a good time. The weather was great and the staff bent over backwards to accomadate us. While there are a few challenges facing this resort, it wasnt because the staff wasnt trying. We had a couple small issues that were addressed immediately. Like all resorts, some of the food was great, some was good, and some was just okay -- we just sampled the food until we found what we liked (it is all inclusive, after all). As far as the drinks went, we never had a problem with "watered down" drinks. Our drinks were as stiff as lumber. The bartenders were extremely accomadating as were the service staff. While the shot glasses seemed to be at a premium, I suspect thats more because of the changeover from a family-styled resort where not a lot of people were probably doing shots. Our maid was fantastic and our rustic, yet comfortable room, was spotless. The only "problems" we faced are problems related to all islands -- thats why they call it, "Island Time." Folks on islands never seem to be in a big hurry, but that was okay with us, cuz we were on vacation. Perhaps thats why others had issues. If you are looking for "Party Central," this probably shouldnt be at the top of your list. BUT, if you are looking for a relatively calm and relaxing time where you can catch up on your reading (and a tan without tan-lines), eat good food provided by an accommodating staff, then place this near the top. Just come with an open mind and it won't disappoint." - "T" from the United States of America

"I just read Kim's review and fully acknowledge that her opinion is as valid as any other. We were at "N" at the same time and mingled with the same group of guests. Granted there are lots of improvement opportunities, but this is a new endeavor much different from the family resort that it once was. Agreed there are some employees that would have been happier if this property could have stayed a family resort. My guess is that if there were other jobs some would have moved on. The bar manager is one of these people, openly castigating a bar tender at one point in front of guests. By week two she did mellow a bit and was caught smiling in response to a little good humor. We thought the food was generally good but very portion controlled. Shrimp dishes typically had three medium shrimp, plenty of pasta. Everyone thought that drinks were watered down especially when the bar manager was in sight. The beach bar ran out of beer a few times, Gin and Scotch. They do stretch each pour. Some bartenders made a pretty good drink and in time shortfalls in stock disappeared.. The rooms are cabin like, clean and everything worked in ours. No room safes but safety deposit boxes are available in the reception office. I agree that communicating the days events were not very good, not too much energy to let guests know about trips, snorkeling trips etc. That said, employees seemed eager to please and would offer help moving lounges, getting towels even when it wasn't their job. The hot tubs need help. Water temperatures adjustments are manual and the boiler was down almost every day until late afternoon. The pool was not heated, a little rough looking but ok towards afternoon when it warmed up a bit. As for the bottom being rough and causing an injury, I was in the volley ball game when Kim was injured. I'm not sure how it occurred. Bathrooms were small, plus the facility near the pool was dark, no lights natural or electric. You could sit on ones lap if you weren't careful. Partitions are unfinished plywood giving them an "outhouse" look without the moon door cut out. In our opinion the entertainment was very good on Valentines Day and no complaints with the one man band booked a few other nights. The beach party on Wednesdays went over well. The entertainment staff attempts to fill in with the same old, same old tired teenager dance act. They might consider moving the piano from a room no one seemed to know about as a fill in when there is no entertainment. I remember the fiasco with the disco. It was advertised but no DJ and no music. It was opened the following day but know one heard about it and the DJ was spinning to an empty room. As for the beach it's not the best swimming beach, but it was a well kept. Good for long walks in either direction. Employees were constantly raking sea weed - never trashy until you were well off the resort property. Drinks were served on the beach and boardwalk if you just wanted to sun, relax, read or catch up on some sleep or throw a Frisbee. There were a few contests with prizes that didn't exist. Not sure who comes up with the game ideas that did nothing more than cause dissention. So much of what was described boils down to management short falls in employee training and unclear direction. The business plan needs work. Kim mentions that the Jamaican gave the owner money to open the resort and fix it up. That's not exactly correct, the Jamaican government provided financing when bank financing wasn't available. "N" will exist based on their ability to turn a profit. Right now it is modestly / fairly priced aiming to do just that. Personally we would return even with it's up hill battle ahead." - Walter from New York

"In the past 20 years we have been to many nudist resorts in the Caribbean, US and around the world and have never experienced such a terrible place. Not sure who did the previous reviews but they did not go there as guests or were paid to write that BS. This is the WORST! The manager was rude and mean as hell to all the employees and flat out told us she hated the N resort and wanted it back as a family resort. Several other guests confronted her for her attitude. The food was inedible. They watered down the drinks and ran out of alcohol on a daily basis. They kept alcohol from some guests and when ordered, drinks could take over an hour to arrive if at all. The rooms are cute but nothing worked properly including outlets, a/c, drawers, doors and the shower. There are no safes in the room. They ignore your requests. They do not advertise what is going on and when they do it does not always happen. Almost everyone there neglected and dirty it was and how they could not care less about your stay! The hot tubs worked now and then 1 out of three if you are lucky and they are not open during the day. The pool was not heated and FREEZING. They kept saying they would heat but never did. They lied over and over to everyone! The pool is old and rough that it tore up everyones feet to the point of bleeding. (I am still recuperating) They have dying animals on the property that were left from when it was a family resort. The pond is black and disgusting - fishing? HA! - gross! They put water in your room from the sink - in a tupperware bowl and do not offer bottled water or soda for your room or anywhere else for that matter. That was the only item ever "restocked" - You were made to think the alcohol was kept like gold in Ft. Knox. The entertainment was lame at best - even the employees ALL stated that they knew how terrible it was and that it would not be open much longer - several cried openly to us about how bad they were treated and they knew how terrible they were treating the guests. They were short on glasses for drinks and could not even make ten guests shots at one time because they did not have enough shot glasses. I timed 49 minutes to get shots our group asked for. You had to ask over and over for a drink. One of the stairs to the rooms was too high and six of us fell and hurt ourselves (Still recovering from damage to my knee) and all they did was paint the step after we demanded they do something. Breakfast was the only edible meal. The beach was trashy and disgusting. They would not open the disco on Friday night even though it was written on the board and EVERYONE requested it be opened. The nearest bathroom to the pool is about 60 yards away. Most of the lounge chairs around the pool were broken. It is a sad day when I can not come back from a resort where we paid good money and I can not find ONE positive thing to say other than the breakfast was edible! The employees even went into detail how the government gave the owner money to open the resort and fix it up and it was painfully obvious that money went into someones pocket and NOT the resort. The entertainment that came from the outside (not N resort employees) were demanding tips from several guests including myself. The ONLY thing that saved this trip and kept us from getting back on the plane was the other guests there - we bonded together and made the best of it - even leaving several times to go pay for drinks at another resort, go on our own tours for HALF the price the N resort was hocking, making our own games (the pool games were the worst). When anyone won a game we were told we would get a bottle of rum cream however they NEVER gave out the prizes even when demanded by other guests. That caused several other guests to again leave the resort and go to another resort for fun. Several of our new found friends got to the point at the end that they would leave the resort and only sleep there due to all the BS. Stay far away from this place and let it die of un-natural causes!!! I wish I had known the truth - I would never have wasted my vacation here!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!! " - Kim from Texas

"We had a wonderful experience, and vacation at the N-Holidays Resort!! At first we were a little skeptical....but then came the nice review on another travel board, right before we left...and N-Holidays Resort had a very enticing "all-inclusive" offer as well....so we gave it a shot, and had a FANTASTIC week in Jamaica!!! The first thing that I would like to share is that the "entire" staff is phenomenal! I am going to take the time to list some names that we learned along the way...and let me say this, if I know and am aware of all of these people at the N-Holidays Resort....it is just another affirmation that the visit there; was made to be very personal and rocked with EXCELLENT customer service! Upon our arrival, Nicola greeted us with a beautiful smile, and gave us our choice of Rum Punch and/or a glass of Ice Water. The ride from the MBJ was not very long at all...so happy to say that we were not weary from the bus ride. (we had an awesome bus driver too!!) A couple of more wonderful people behind the front desk are Raymond and Michael. They too...had great smiles! I believe that they were truly happy to see us arrive...yeah! The foliage is absolutely beautiful! (I have included plenty of pictures for you to see) One of the Groundskeepers was named Byran. Very, very nice...and he does an outstanding job of maintaining the grounds. I know that he works with others...and my apologies, as I did not get their names to share with you. I was also in need of some Aloe...and Byran went right out and cut me a piece, and hand delivered it. I learned for the first time how to correctly prepare fresh Aloe for application. Amazing! Freddy is the General Manager for the property...and we found him to be very approachable....actually, everyone was, but Freddy was open to suggestions and/or comments from his guests. Leon is the Food and Beverage Manager...and he went out of his way to make sure that all of us were happy. Example: The day before we were supposed to leave, we were having a conversation with Leon...and he was asking Glenn and I how everything had been...and Glenn shared with him that one of his favorite desserts was the "Chocolate Truffle." (simply amazing!!) Glenn also shared with him that they had only had the "Chocolate Truffle" one time since we had been there...and so Leon surprised us, and had the Pastry Chef prepare some "Chocolate Truffles" for our last dinner there. OMGoodness...they are delicious!! How special is that??? The food was delicious too. The Jerk Chicken/Pork were outstanding...the Jerk Sauce has a little heat in it...but thats what Jamaican Jerk Sauce is all about...right? They also gave cooking classes...so we all received recipes and instructions on how to prepare some delectable dishes at home. We had Snapper, Tilapia, Tuna, Shrimp, Crab, Lobster, and some amazing local Jamaican dishes...and all of them were very tasty. Some other entries that they had were not so tempting to our pallets...but they made many others very happy; Curried Goat, Corned Beef Hash, Ox Tail Soup (the Pumpkin Soup was yummy!)...fresh fruit that was very sweet...cheeses of all kinds...and the normal breakfast buffet. Chef Sterling, Jeffrey, Samuel and the rest of the restaurant staff prepared some mighty delicious meals. Breakfast was buffet style...with Samuel making eggs and omelets to order. Perfect! Shantel and Venus were leading the pool activities, and they too are awesome! We had some great Volleyball gamesand then there were other pool activities that were a lot of fun too! Oh, we had the "big slide" competition as well. Venus would time the slide down...and everyone was getting into it. It was a blast! There was a lot of laughing and camaraderie much of the time that we were there. There was also plenty of "quiet" time, anytime you chose. Kudos to Shantel and Venus! Asha was also a lot of fun in the VB games. Pamelinathe Bar Manager always was there to make sure that everyone was being taken care of. She toohas a very nice smile, and always a warm greeting. Kerry, Michael, and Geoffrey took great care of all us with our favorite drink requests. Great job guys! Sanchez and Julius did an excellent job with the Pool Bar Food....very tasty, and always hot-to-serve. Leecia is the head of Entertainment...and she too gave 100%. Our favorite night of entertainment was when Mystic Vibes played, and we all danced. Geoffrey, one of the bartenders is also the electric bass player in Mystic Vibes.....they were awesome! Thank you Leecia for the entertainment! Collins is in charge of the Water Sports...many things were available for us to do...but it was a bit windy most of the days. However, there were Kayaks, Canoes, snorkeling equipment, the Glass Bottom Boat and the Diving boat...readily available. Megan and Latoya...and there were a couple of others in the dining room...to serve us with a smile, and kind greetings. I know that I am missing some names here too....so sorrybut everyone was amazing! I think that there was Kevon and Dwayne...and a couple of others. Paethena was our Housekeeper, and she did an amazing job! Every day, there were fresh flowers on our bed with a new "towel" design, and the room was spotless. Thank you Paethena for an amazing job! The beach was very nice...plenty of chairs to lie on, and bar service was made available to all of us, no matter where you were. On the beach...at the pool....very nice! Be sure to take water shoes with you...preparation for sea urchins, and a few rocks in some areas. The beach was raked everyday...sometimes, more than once. We really appreciated all of the effort that went into making us all comfortable. I give N-Holidays Resort a 5-star for their category. I realize that when someone rates a resort and/or a hotel a 5-star....that they are probably referring to luxury...but I rate this a 5-star, not because the amenities are the finest...but because of the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE GREAT FOOD, THE ACCOMODATIONS (always clean and comfortable) If you choose to go to Jamaica for a relaxing vacation...then the N-Resort Holidays is the place to visit. The rooms are not luxurious...but they are definitely nice! Small refrigerator...day bed...the bed is pretty firm (so if you like soft and fluffy, you wont get it) the bathroom is not updated...but it is completely clean and very functional. We were told before we left that the resort is filling up for Valentines Day...yeah!! There were not a lot of people there while we were there...approx. 50 (which was awesome!) but the people that we met while at the N-Resort Holidays were so much fun, and many if not all of us...left with phone numbers and email addresses...so that we can stay in touch with each other. The plan is......to return, same time and place in 2012. Thank you to everyone at the N-Resort Holidays for making our trip to Jamaica very special! Our time back to Jamaica will soon come...and we look forward to seeing all of you once again. Peace out..... PS The word NO was never used at the resort....it was always no-problem-mon!" - Pat from Colorado

"The facility itself needs a little maintenance but our room was quite nice. We had a spectacular view of the beach. The phone and TV did not work and despite our telling the front office, they were never fixed during our stay. The phone would have been convenient when we needed to contact the office. We did not care about the TV as we seldom watch TV anyway. The food was quite good. My experience with "all-inclusive" has been mixed but mostly bad as far as food goes. At "N", the food and service was above average. The staff and the manager were very friendly and very responsive to our every inquiry (with the exception of the maintenance issues mentioned previously. The only real problem we had was with the spa. The spa advertises a variety of services and had to be booked with the gift shop. My wife wanted to try an "aloe wrap" at $85 apiece. The spa service was supposed to include a 20 minute massage. So, we attempted to book the appointments. The woman who runs the spa was difficult to reach and finally agreed to meet us the next day at 2PM. We showed up at 2PM as agreed but she said she was eating lunch and we could either wait or she would come to retrieve us. 45 minutes later she showed up. The "aloe wrap" consisted of her slathering an oily substance on us which took less than 5 minutes. She then wrapped us in a sheet of plastic that resembled a green trash bag. Finally, we were wrapped in a vinyl shower curtain and left in a room for an hour. There was no massage. The entire service took the woman less than 10 minutes and was a complete and total rip off. I would warn any of your clients that are considering the "N" resort to avoid the spa completely. Not only were we fleeced for almost $200, the entire experience was boring, annoying and irritating to the max. Except for the spa, I would rate our over all experience at "N" as very good, We would definitely consider returning." - Pat from Colorado

"This is a new resort (nude) and the people went over the top to privide the best of food and drinks and client comfort. For a truly relaxing, nude ,get-away-from-it-all vacation, this is it. It is not for the fast pace crowd that needs action all the time. However, it surpasses expectations for service. I'll be a regular!" - Bob from Canada

"We went last weekend for four nights. It's a nice property. Right on the beach on North coast and great potential as they grow a guest base. Rooms were nice, all wood, balconies facing pool with beach view or right on beach that we were upgraded to. Older style rooms but quaint and we enjoyed the ambience. Staff is awesome, bending over backwards to please and get you what you want whenever. Small population of guest couples initially, but we all bonded very well to enjoy the experience as nudists are friendly people. Weather was spotty for us for the few days we were there. Food was enjoyable, bar drinks were great, jerk hut and beach grill and bars were open all day. Facilties included gym with a variety of machines, nice tennis courts with instructor, pool/game tables, piano bar, DJ, live entertainment, wonderful recreation director providing activities regularly for those who wanted to do more than veg out. Some guests took tours to Falmouth, Ocho Rios and the commercial stuff like Bob Marley tour. They are still a growing work in progress, and the experience was very positive and all the staff aim to please and tipping is permitted. Ride from airport is only 30 minutes. Beach and pool were nice and well kept, water slide fun, hot tubs adjoining the pool. We enjoyed it; its a restful place for a weeks getaway; its not Hedo and does not aspire to be, and clothing optional is the norm to each persons comfort level except for sit-down meals. Enjoy." - H. and K. from Virginia

"We are so lucky to have discovered a diamond in the rough! This resort was previously "Pebbles" family resort and just reopened 2 weeks ago as an adult-only, clothing optional, all-inclusive resort. As a result we practically had the whole place to ourselves and enjoyed the most excellent pampered services! The rooms though rustic, are very spacious and the beachfront rooms are literally 10 steps to the ocean. So nice to have our screened windows open all night instead of the AC and to go to sleep and wake up to the roar of the ocean. We also had a large balcony with a bed where we enjoyed hours of shaded warmth and the tropical ocean view we just never tire of! Also, nice to have free WIFI, but reception was spotty as was the hot water. But these are minor compared to the pluses. The maid service was very clean and each day the towels were presented in the most creative ways! For those who are tennis enthusiasts; it is worth it just to come down and have "Trasheka" the sports coordinator, whip you on the court...she also takes you for lovely bike rides. She is truly amazing and should be on the WTA circuit. Her daily tennis works up a real sweat but the advantage of a nude resort is you can strip down in seconds and cool off in the ocean while consoling your loses in a "Dirty Banana" done perfectly at the bar! Best drinks in Jamaica and we've been at 5 other resorts! Also Martin, the sous chef does a wonderful job with the food. Stand outs are the beach BBQ, the jerk meals with the great cooking demos/classes. Meghan, our server is so sweet and pampering; and we look forward to seeing her each day at our table. Also, Lisa the beautiful dance diva and social coordinator, kept the days fun filled with a nice balance of activity as well as the peace and quiet privacy we wanted. This is unlike the other big resorts, which had nonstop speaker noise and music. Highlights include fire dancer, name that tune, and the slide competition. We really didn't know what to expect heading to a rebranded resort. But our expectations were exceedingly met. The resort isn't luxurious like Sandals, but is rustic and very intimate. Parts of the resort are dated and could use some updating to decor. We can see this is being addressed in earnest as things are being worked on each day. In fact, we were also fortunate enough to be one of the first couples to christen one of two new jacuzzis next to the bar pool. We can not say enough nice things about the excellent staff - from the friendly gardener all the way to the sports and entertainment coordinators. Freddie, the general manager even made his rounds ensuring guests were having a good time." - Sue from Canada

"I have been a frequent guest at Pebbles (a family resort) since its opening about fifteen years ago. It was quite a shock to discover that Pebbles has changed its venue to Nude, but if I wanted to return to this jewel, I had no choice but to bare all. I was pleasantly surprised by the new N-Resort. The management was able to keep the best of Pebbles and made so many wonderful additions and changes that this resort is one that I will be returning to for more than the coming fifteen years. In Jamaica, the five star is a four star in the US, but the friendliness of the staff, the relaxed and stunning grounds, the wonderful holiday I had beats any five star anywhere. The staff was as friendly and as eager to please as ever. When I mentioned that I loved ackee, it was made especially for me on days it was not on the menue. There were enough activities to keep one busy all the time, but I was also not pressured to leave my sun worshiping nor did I ever need to leave my deck chair to have beverages refilled. The resort is laid out in such a manner that if one wanted privacy and solitude, it was there. On the other hand, it was extremly easy to meet other guests and we made a group to go to the Glissening Lagoon which is a no miss on a starless night. A very big extra and crutial for many and my husband, is the constant wind which is the perfect place to windsurf and kite surf. We look forward to our next stay, though the nude part is still a shock (more so to be seen, as one stopped noticing after a day or two)." - Eve from Canada
