Los Cabos is the tale of two resorts, the calm and serene San Jose del Cabo and it's wild sibling Cabo San Lucas.
Cabo San Lucas is the wild child. Home of popular nightclubs like Eddie Van Halen's Cabo Wabo, Squid Roe, The Office and the Giggling Marlin. Eat a meal in one of the many great restaurants or catch some rays on one of the many great wide, Pacific Ocean beaches. Cabo San Lucas has the best shopping in the area and also some really great hotels.
San Jose del Cabo is the classy sister. Peaceful "calles" or streets lined with art galleries, shopping and nice restuarants. San Jose Del Cabo pretty quiet and closes at about 9pm. San Jose del Cabo is also home to many luxurious resort hotels.
Los Cabos is only 2.5 hours from Los Angeles by air making it one of the most popular Mexico Pacific Coast resort destinations.
