"The food was cold and it never changed. There is no pool service for drinks unless you go to the bar. It's the only all-inclusive I've stayed in that makes you pay for the mini-bar in your room. No nightly entertainment at all. The manager of this hotel is very rude. We had booked 2 deluxe rooms to sleep 6 people. They gave us king beds in each room and couldn't understand why we were upset. Tried to explain to them the 3 people can not sleep in the same bed, it took them forever to sort it out. We had one person get seriously injured in a kayak that the offer their guests and the hotel's attitude on this was too bad your on your own. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and I would never stay in it again." - Terrie from Burnaby, Canada

"While staying at the Krystal, I was the victim of credit card fraud. I was told that I needed to leave an imprint of my credit card at the front desk in order to make a 60 peso phone call from my room. This was the one and only time I used the card on vacation. In fact, it was the only time the card had ever physically been used. Imagine my surprise when receiving my first credit card bill, to see that I had been charged with borrowing the daily limit (At a place down the street, no less). I was not charged by the credit card company after an investigation, but I thought others should know." - Booker from Kingston, Ontario

"We love the Krystal and this will be our 10th time to go there. The food is very good and the staff are very nice and accomadating. The pools and the beach are beautiful. One of the most beautiful beaches in the area. We have met alot of great people while staying there. We love that it is so close to downtown area and walk downtown many times during our stay." - Marilyn from Englewood, Colorado

"Stayed at the Krystal the first of August. The pool was great. We ate dinner at the Mexican Hacienda owned by the Krystal and it was fantastic. The atmosphere there was wonderful and the food was very good. Had no problems at the hotel, except there are no wash clothes in the room and the shower door is half the normal size and therefore, water gets on the floor when you take a shower. The Ocean view is great. Overall, we were very pleased with the accomodations and the location of the hotel was very good, especially if you are there for the clubs and nightlife." - Betty from Okalahoma City, Oklahoma
