The Ambiance Kin Ha Villas offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units with either ocean or garden views. The centerpeice of this Cancun Codo resort is a large pool surrounded by lush tropical gardens and complimentary lounge chairs. The Kin Ha Villas has a supervised children's activity program (ages 4-12) and babysitting service available on request (additional cost).

"We just spent a week in Cancun at the Ambiance Kin Ha and everything went perfect. It is an older hotel and we are usually a little snooty about this, but the service at the hotel was fantastic,. The beach was the best on the hotel zone and the breakfast was great. We have 3 children and they loved the gentle waves that came in to the all-white sand beach. The resort really has about the best beach in Cancun. We walked up and down the strip most of the day. Also, we came during spring break, but we were not in the middle of partying college kids as the hotel is a bit off to one side and it was mostly all adults and families. I would not get the all-inclusive. I do recommend you get the breakfast though. The room was decorated so-so, as it was older, but it was very clean and comfortable. I slept great on their bed. "Our vacation package stated that breakfast was included, but we were refused breakfast and that did cause our vacation time to be spent finding breakfast instead of sight-seeing. Our first room was next to a busy street and very noisy, but after 2 days and a lot of persistence on our part, we were moved to a quiet room.
