Here is our Iberostar Paraiso del Mar Hotel Review:
The Iberostar Paraiso del Mar is a deluxe "all-inclusive" Playa del Carmen vacation experience. Featuring a "never ending" large free-form pool as the centerpiece weaving through the resort like a tropical lagoon. In addition the the large buffets, the Iberostar Paraiso del Mar resort has four fabulous specialty restaurants which are connected by walkways over the lagoon near the open-air lobby. The main dining room has buffet style dining.
Iberostar Resorts have been voted most outstanding All-Inclusive resorts by Apple Vacations, receiving the Crystal Award for Best All-Inclusive Chain for three consecutive years.
Facilities:
390 Rooms, 3 Swimming Pools, Children's pool, 7 Restaurants, Bars including Swim-Up Bar, Lighted tennis, Game room, Kid's Club, Playacar Golf Club nearby (Approx $150 green fees).

"Your hotel was absolutely beautiful, immaculate and clean. The design of the rooms were magnificent. The staff was very friendly and helpful we didn't want to leave. The view of the ocean from the pool was stunning we took 200 pics of your hotel. The restaurants were super. Not a bad meal once. The service of the staff was excellent. I enjoyed the choices of food from your buffet to the exotic sit-down reservation restaurants. The landscaping and flowers of your hotel was beautiful both during the day and the evening. I recommend this hotel to everyone I know . We'll be back, but Brazil, Greece and Spain is also on our list. Thanks for everything Muy Bien y Adios Amigos" - Marlena from Milford, Pennsylvania

"Our first all-inclusive experience proved to better than we anticipated. From the moment we walked into the lobby to discover flamingos, our experience contined to be beyond our expectations. The grounds were beautiful along with the wonderful pools and breathtaking beach. The food was better than we expected too. The staff was more than helpful and provided us with whatever we needed. They even brought us a foam mattress cover when we conveyed that our bed was too hard. Couldn't of had a better experience. "Me and my family just got back from a 5 day vacation yesterday. We have went to the Grand Palladium 2 years in a row and wanted to try something new so we went to the Iberostar Del Mar. I didnt want to leave.....in fact no one wanted to! We had 8 people on the trip. The pool was never ending. It was one big pool and then a little one. They always have pool games at 12:00pm. The beach is wonderful. Its nice and relaxing and the water is beautiful! It is so clear. The food was okay. They had a 24hr snack bar.and like 2 buffets. We went to two fancy resturaunts but the one was the Steak House and that was in side the snack bar. The other one was the Japenesse resturaunt. That was great. They cook infont of you and u site with like 2 other familys. The one thing we didnt really likes was around 5:00 u would go to get a drink and the swim up bar would be closed. So we would go to the snack bars and they would be closed so we would have to walk all the way to the lobby just for a drink. Their entertainment is wonderful. they have a group called Star Friends and everyday they do pool games and dance lessons. They do these two songs to dance two 2 times a day then again that night at the show. You will go around singing both of them all day! we did! They have a game on stage, then they play games all day and if u win they call your name and u go on stage and get a hat, shirt,and award, then they do a show, then they do both dances then they have a dance party and the star friends ask u to dance with them. This one girl who does darts was sooo nice and she loved us and she kept asking my dad to dance, and this guy who i thought was cute likes my sister and her husband so he danced with us a lot. But they r so friendly and nice. So I would say to go to the Iberostar Del Mar for your next vacation! " - Amber from Mt. Ephraim, New Jersey

"Absolutley the best vacation ever. Stayed at the Del Mar in 2005, came back again in 2007, and it was even better the second time. Brought twelve people total in 2007, and nobody wanted to go home. Definitely will be back for more great memories. Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was always good. Great entertainment, and the golf course was beautiful. Cant wait to play it again. "Absolutley tranquile. approximatley 30 minutes from Cancun or Play del Carman. Music was great food even better. Went diving for my first time it was terrifying to say the least but the dive staff made it so easy especially the beautiful videotographer. Easy access to all sorts of ruins and special sceniary. Nice to go to the disco techs and be able to get home after words."
