Located on the Kohala Coast of Hawaii, the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel is ranked as one of the top Big Island luxury resorts. The hotel is set on 32 oceanfront acres along exquisite Hapuna Beach. The Hapuna Prince is a luxurious hotel offering panoramic ocean-views in each of its 350 guest rooms. The Hapuna Prince offers two championship golf courses, eleven tennis courts and a variety of watersports. This is the sister hotel of the world famous Mauna Kea Beach Hotel.

Hapuna Beach where the hotel is located was named Conde Nast Magazine's "Best Beach in the World" in 1994. A feature of Hapuna Beach is the presence of a series of underground springs. In ancient times, during seasons of heavy rainfall these springs would bubble to the surface creating natural artesian fountains.

This deluxe Hawaii Golf hotel is adjacent to the Hapuna Golf Course. Designed by Arnold Palmer, Hapuna Golf is an 18-hole championship links-style course nestled in the natural contours of the land. "We had rented a home in Kona. The home was not what we expected. I remembered seeing a hotel off of Hapuna beach the last time I was in Hawaii. We were concerned that we would not be able to find anywhere to stay as it was Iron Man week. We were only looking for a room for the night until we could figure out what we were going to do. When we got to the hotel we were just amazed at the beautiful entrance, the soft music. We ended up staying for the entire week and I plan on returning.
