"We came over for the HD Electrical Supply trip a couple of weeks ago. We had a great time and the whole staff at the Grand Wailea was fabulous. It is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed and we are hoping to be able to return one day with the whole family! So we want to thank the whole staff for a wonderful vacation! Hope to see you again!!" - Amy from Rimrock, Arizona

"This is a great place for family or couples i have stayed at many hyatts over the years and many other high end resorts this one is in my top 5 the grouds are well kept and the pool my kids would have been happy never leaving the pool area the only negative thing i can say about this resort is food selection....morning was good buffet and for lunch, yeah you can get a burger or sandwich buy the pool but evening dining, steak or sushi or italian all of which are high end.....so like us you will love this place and not want to leave but you will find yourself searching for a restaurant...walk up the beach to whalers or drive to Lahina on Front Street, its around 5 min south of the hotel......oh yeah Costco is in front of the airport do yourself a favor and stop and get water and supplies for your stay you will save a ton!!!! Overall its a 5 star hotel and it truly is." - Mack from Visalia, Calif.

"The hotel lost my reservation and it was a nightmare that lasted 3 days including them locking me out of my room on one occasion. You would speak to front desk supervisor or client services and be assured that the problem was resolved and the next day the whole process was repeated, like the movie ground hog day, not the customer service that I expected. They did the minimal amount required to correct their mistake and lacked the commitment to excellence that I would expect for this level establishment. They never provide me with common courtesies, such as calling me back to update me on the room situation or simply saying they were sorry. The physical rooms are very nice but overall an unsatisfactory stay. They failed to live up to my expectations for common courtesy and professionalism." - Steve from Phoenix, Arizona
