"The only good thing I can say about the resort is that it is close to many other attractions. This was our first visit even though I have been a member for many years. I was really disappointed with the condition of the cottage that they had reserved for us. This cottage had not been taken very good care of to be in the the condition it was in. Hopefully the new owners, Legacy, LLC. will make the proper changes or they will lose quite a lot of business." - Dennis from Caldwell, Ohio

"First of all, I must say, this is the first campground / resort that DID NOT RETURN my calls for reservations till the next day. Calls were made in plenty of time for an office staffer to gather up before any normal end of day time. Curt and short on telephone even after contacted. When I confronted registration persons after arriving, was told that only 2 people are on staff to do so and owners are aware of this shortage and inability to take reservations in a timely manner. I am absolutely sure I will NOT stay here again and am sorry for this due to family that lives close by and our regular visits to this area. WiFi not available in B lot which is not that far from so called location of tower. Others at campground support most of my views. A business such as this and with as many other similar venues in this area of Ohio along the Lake Erie Islands will surely suffer if more of this goes on " - Rodger from Harrison, Arkansas
