Here is our El Cid Marina Beach Resort Review:

The 200 room all-suite El Cid Marina Beach is one of the newer hotels in Mazatlan. The resort is located about 15 minutes away from the main hotel zone in the Marina area, just south of Nuevo Mazatlan. The beach on the other side of the jetty is a typical wide Pacific Ocean Beach. The resort is located in the marina, but offers shuttles to the beach. This resort grows on you. The accommodations are huge and perfect for families or others who want to have a large, comfortable condo style rooms with full living space with kitchen, dining room and bedrooms all separate. The El Cid Marina Beach has two pools and each was pretty quiet even with a pool bar. The restaurant serves a great buffet breakfast and decent dinner meals. The El Cid Marina Beach is a great combination of condo style rooms and hotel ambience. Good Choice.

200 All-Suite, family style Rooms, 2 pools, Swim-up Pool Bar, Restaurant, Snack bar, Bar, In the Marina, but shuttles to the beach.
