"I recently had clients come back from Dreams Riviera Cancun which is located in the Riviera Maya area, not Cancun. Some people gets these two resorts confused. I had contacted the hotels General Manager to let him know I had clients arriving and one of them was celebrating his 50th birthday. Juan, the General Manager went out of his way to make them feel special. He had a special little birthday greeting when they arrived, with the staff singing Happy Birthday. They received a birthday cake with Champagne upon their arrival and balloons to add to the celebration. Juan even took the time out of his busy day to find them and see if they were having a good time. Sometimes it is the little things that count when visiting a resort that make a customer want to come back. Making them feel special and showing that they care are so important. Everyone wants to be loved and appreciated and Dreams Riviera Cancun is great at this. They enjoyed the great food, with the many no reservations, ala cart restaurants available, service, always greeted with a smile, drinks, beach, pool and all the resort had to offer. They said it was the best vacation they had ever taken. This was also on sale for a great price, with air included from Philadelphia. This is actually a family resort, but since they went in the beginning of September there were few kids around. If going during the summer months expect to see lots of children, If your looking for a good family resorts this would be a great one to go to. For couples try to go on the off months, when the kids are in school, if you don't like a lot of kids around."
