"I was dissapointed with the vip "suite." Nothing similar to my understanding of what a "suite" should be. The beach was full of rocks from one end to the other. No way of going in the water without falling or slipping on the rocks. Food quality was poor and not much to pick from, Seafood was nowhere to be found!!!! Very different from Catalonia in Punta Cana which was excellent!" - Isabel from Ridgefield, New Jersey

"This was paradise on earth! A beautiful resort with the perfect beach. The accomodations were private due to the jungle growing between buildings along the rock walk way to the beach and gave the effect of seclusion even though they were at full capacity. We were disappointed the the Apple Vacation people. They directed us away from the destinations we wanted to see (Xel-Ha, Xcaret) and towards smaller local attractions (Maya Adventures) that they probably got a good commission on selling. We were bussed to a small centoe, a cave and an ocean inlet with several other shuttles full of suckers just like us. Because they were so small they were very crowded with not much sea life. The food at the resort was not first rate but was alright for a mom who was happy she did not have to cook!" - Carol from Grand Junction, Colorado

"I stayed in this wonderful resort a week ago, and I enjoyed a fantastic vacation. The beach and the sea needn't explanation, the relax is assured!! Mexican food was great and also our room. Every night animation staff played a really funny and always different show. Doesn't matter if you are a family, a couple or with your friends. Don't lose the opportunity of staying in this piece of paradise!!" - Elisa from Lake in the Hills, Illinois

"My family and I will be returning again this March. It will be our fourth vist. We have always have a great time and the food is pretty good. The rooms are large and beatiful. I would request a second story room, because you are in the jungle and it does get damp. The shows at night are alot of fun and the staff will keep you as busy as you want to be. We have nothing bad to say about this place. Maybe some dancing for the middle aged couples like us would be nice." - Brenda from Milwaukee, Wisconsin
