"This was our first all inclusive vacation. I was pleasantly surprised after reading some of the other negative reviews. The hotel was super clean. The staff was excellent. Our room was wonderful. The food was good (not gourmet) but lots of it! We will definitely be going back!" - Terri from Clarksville, Arkansas

"Stayed at Cancun Palace from 2-11 to 2-18-2011. The resort was fabulous. Service was excellent. Never been waited on so much in my entire life. At the pool bar our waitress Claudia was so sweet and friendly, she was also in the lobby bar. Her personality was superb. Waiter Caesar at the pool bar did an excellent job and also was very funny and entertaining. Our waiters Juan and Siyem also took very good care of us. The entertainment people (don't know their names) but my husband and a friend played blackjack and said I should mention them also. An excellent time was had by all of us. There was 20 people in our group. There were 4 of us that had never been there before, the rest had but not since the Palace was remodeled. I'm glad we took their advice and went on the trip. Room service, dinner on the beach on Valentines Day, photo shoot on the beach, so romantic. Massages, pedicures and manicures all very good. Rooms were so beautiful. We would go back, the group goes every 2 yrs. Overall 2 words: Loved it." - Kathy from Shamokin, Pennsylvania

"I stayed there for 8 days and it had a fun staff. It was super nice. Had fun with them teaching me to dance and also "name that tune." Dining was good. Right when we stepped into the lobby they said welcome home. I will stay again. The room was nice too." - David from Portland, Oregon

"The resort was beautiful. The food was aweful though. We paid a lot of money and could not eat the food. We had to go to gift shop for snacks after meals or just go elsewhere to eat. Do not do the all inclusive if you stay here, save your money." - Emily from Rome, Georgia

"All Palace Resorts are great. Beach Palace and Cancun Palace are the best for families and beaches. Do not let them talk you into buying memberships. You can NOT get out of them and rates are cheaper through on-line specials. We joined in 2002 and it was a mistake. They are Salesmen. REMEMBER THAT!!" - Kathryn & Gordon from Portland, Oregon

"We had a wonderful holiday. In fact it was like being in a dream!! We couldn't fault a thing. A beautiful resort, very clean and tidy. The food was excellent and no one could visit and go hungry. There was something for everyone. Three adults and four boys under 13 were our party. We really didnt want to leave. I would recommend a visit next door where they organise the Pirate boat trip which was excellent value and lots of fun for us all. We are saving to go again and enjoyed every minute. Mexico and our hotel was WONDERFUL!!!" - Tina from Glouchester, England
