"It stinks, and so will you after your clothes have been in any of their rooms. Don't go. Plenty of resorts of comparable price which are much nicer. I generally choose 5 Apple or 5 star hotels and was extremely disappointed in every aspect of this property. The time-share hounds will drive you crazy!!" - Becky from Dubuque, Iowa

"Worst vacation experience I've had. Room was not ready when we arrived. Rooms smelled of mold and mildew which caused our clothing to smell as well. Outdated rooms, no clock in rooms, beds were as hard as concrete, TV didn't work well and had very few American programs. Towels in room were frayed and thin (pool towels were better). Not enough towels supplied in the room. Air conditioning made loud continuous noise. Continuous water dripping noise. Pool was green and dirty, very slipery around pool, felt discriminated against - all activities and shows were geared toward Mexicans only. Food was terrible and not all restaurants were included in the all-inclusive price. Very few activities offered." - Patricia, from New Lenox, Illinois
