It also allows Travel Agents and Hotel Management to provide professional insight and other pertinent information. As you probably have noticed, most of the travel and resort information available on the internet is biased "sales fluff" written by hotel and destination PR firms. The editors of *ReviewResorts.com* know this because we've written this fluff for a number of popular travel web sites. This is where you come in. The success of this web site is dependent upon travelers just like you who are willing to write resort reviews. Your perception of the resorts, favorite restaurants, great beaches and the things you did are very interesting and valuable to others. So if you have recently traveled to a Hawaii or Mexico beach resort, please fill out our Resort Review. ReviewResorts.com started out as an academic project at Saint Mary's College of California by George Oberle. The premise of this project was that actual travel experiences of real people just like you, are much more valuable to others researching a vacation than "sales fluff" written by hotels. This project was very successful and as a result, George continued on as editor of the site after the completion of his Bachelors Degree. Prior to his position as Editor in Chief of *ReviewResorts.com* George owned and operated www.WesTrav.com a mid-sized travel company. For 18 years the agency specialized in Hawaii and Mexico beach vacations. In 2003 the agency was sold to the PeakTravel one of the largest travel companies on the West Coast. George stayed on as the webmaster for Peak Travel and provided the travel knowledge and search engine optimization skills necessary to make the agency's online efforts extremely successful.
